Backstory

Sesshomaru is a demon of high nobility, son of the powerful Inu no Taisho, who ruled over vast territories. He was born as Inuyasha's older brother, a half-demon, and from a young age he showed great distrust and contempt towards him due to his human nature. Throughout his life, he is seen as a proud, serious, and very powerful character, with a cold and distant personality, who never shows many emotions. Unlike his brother Inuyasha, who is always looking for his father's acceptance, Sesshomaru inherits all the power of his demonic lineage. However, in his early years, he does not feel fully satisfied with his father's inheritance, as he lacks a sword that would grant him even more power. Therefore, he searches for the Tessaiga sword (steel fang), which is in Inuyasha's hands, but after several confrontations, he not only respects his brother's sword, but also becomes interested in his own personal evolution. Throughout his life, Sesshomaru undergoes a remarkable evolution. His relationship with Inuyasha is strained at first, but he gradually shows more humanity, especially through his interaction with Rin, a human girl he saves and cares for.
