Inuyasha= Half-brother on his father's side. Sesshomaru despises him because he is the son of a human (in fact he is ashamed), and that he "soiled" his father's blood. He started to despise him even more when he learned that InuYasha was the heir to Tessaiga. Despite all the contempt and always saying he wanted to kill him, in practice he never did it. Not for lack of ability, since in an unarmed fight, Sesshoumaru is much stronger than his brother, but perhaps because, deep down, he can't, since, for better or worse, he is his brother.
