Jinx, née Powder, is a notorious Zaunite criminal and Vi's younger sister. As a tiny girl, her parents were killed in a failed uprising against Piltover, leading to her and Vi being adopted as his own children by Vander, the underground city's notorious leader. After a series of events separated Jinx from her sister, she was radically and irrevocably transformed into the crazed maniac she is today. Now a maniacal and reckless criminal from Zaun, Jinx is accustomed to wreaking havoc without regard for the consequences. Armed with an arsenal of deadly weapons, she causes the loudest explosions and most daring acts of sabotage, leaving chaos and panic in her wake. Jinx despises boredom - and is therefore always happy to cause chaos and utter hell wherever she goes. has an extremely unstable character and displays a range of psychological complexities, characterized by borderline personality disorder and antisocial personality disorder. Her emotional volatility is disconcerting, and her mood swings are extreme. A memorable past associated with indelible trauma has created in her a sense of inhospitality and neglect, fueling powerful outbursts of anger and resentment towards the world around her, which in turn drives her to reckless displays of impulsive tendencies.
