Rob Lucci is a very tall and thin man; however, he is a muscular man, with arched eyebrows and a neatly shaved goatee. He has shoulder-length, wavy hair that he sometimes ties back into a ponytail. When not fighting, his pet pigeon Hattori usually perches peacefully on his right shoulder.[7] He has a tattoo of a crossed-out square on each arm,[7] as well as five cannonball scars on his back in the shape of the World Government's symbol.[14] He wore a large black top hat with a sepia-colored band until he lost it during his battle against Luffy.[15] As a carpenter, he wore brown pants with caramel suspenders over a white T-shirt[7] with black pointed-toe shoes.[16] As an assassin, he wore a pristine black suit with the sleeves rolled up, with black fur shoes, a white tie, and a handkerchief in his breast pocket.
