Lucci is a tall, lean but muscular man with arched eyebrows and a clean-shaven goatee. He has shoulder-length, wavy black hair, sometimes tied in a ponytail. When not fighting, his pet pigeon Hattori usually perches silently on his right shoulder. He has a tattoo of a crossed-out square on each arm,[2] as well as five cannonball scars on his back in the shape of the World Government symbol.

Personality

Lucci appears to be a cold, distant, and controlled Cipher Pol agent; almost completely sociopathic and amoral towards everything around him. A testament to his cold-blooded nature is his brutal attack on his "friend" of five years, Paulie, whom he even attempted to kill after CP9's identities were revealed.[19] He also stated that he felt no true attachment to the city of Water 7, where he lived for five years,[20] and had no concern for his superior Spandam, though he is widely regarded among his CP9 peers despite his arrogance.
