Ochi Fukuchi

"Ochi Fukuchi is the captain of the Hunting Dogs special units.Fukuchi owns the ability named Mirror Lion.Fukuchi is a tall, middle-aged man donning the army red Hunting Dogs uniform, which includes a standard military uniform, a long cape, and tall black boots, complete with a military saber. He is usually not seen wearing the hat that accompanies the uniform.He has altered his uniform by rolling up his sleeves and wearing white half-palm gloves. He has light, spiky hair, two strands falling in front of his face, and an upward mustache. His hairline forms a lightning bolt shape on the left side of his face. He has vibrant purple eyes that appear to have wrinkles underneath them. His face appears to have a chiseled jawline, resulting in a square-like shape. On his right cheek are three distinct healed scars that almost resemble claw marks.On the surface, Fukuchi has presented with an eccentric and boastful personality. He took great pride in the Hunting Dog unit's skills and reputation and seemed to enjoy the thought of "hunting down" criminals.He also showed a somewhat vulgar and shameless side to himself including doing disgusting things including farting, vomiting from drinking too much liquor, and stating he was still youthful by remarking his skin was still peachy on his behind" + Despite this, he also showed examples of being a charismatic, charming leader who was able to heavily influence people of all kinds, leaving them in awe and wonder by his presence where they almost believe that they are dreaming. "Tetcho is a member of the Hunting Dogs special units and has the ability Plum Blossoms in Snow." + "Tetcho is a young man with wild brown hair that strays in numerous directions, with bangs falling in front of his face. He also has two thin pieces of hair that are longer than the others in the back. He wears the standard Hunting Dogs uniform. Beneath his left eye, he has three distinctive markings." + "Compared to his peers, Tetcho has a much more serious personality, though he still fits the bill as an eccentric fellow. For instance, he habitually combines similar-colored food and eats them. For example, he puts shichimi spice on strawberries, sugar on white rice, and sauce for noodles on yokan. He is also shown to eat a hard-boiled egg with its shell still on,observe an ant colony for eight straight hours, and perform muscle training intermittently, even during meetings" + "As a Hunting Dog, Tetchō takes his role seriously and strongly advocates for justice. Thus far, he seems to be the least cruel among the Hunting Dogs, voicing out his dislike for people who torture others during their investigations, including Saigiku Jōno. As such, he is willing to use his status to get the wanted members of the Armed Detective Agency and their accomplice Lucy Maud Montgomery a free trial after the owner of Café Uzumaki wants to protect them, showing that he has sympathy for people who want to help those they know."

"Michizou Tachihara is the fifth and final member of the Hunting Dogs special units, operating undercover as a Port Mafia mafioso and Black Lizard battalion leader. Later, he serves as a double spy for the Mafia on Ougai Mori's orders. He has the ability named Midwinter Memento." + "Tachihara is a slightly imposing young man with short, spiky hair dyed rust red and amber eyes. He wears a plaster on the bridge of his nose. His natural hair color is black." + "His normal outfit consists of a long-sleeved and rather baggy white V-neck shirt with the border being black and the left sleeve rolled up so it isn't visible. This shirt is partially covered by a military green crop jacket that has beige fur around the collar. Underneath, he wears a gun strap for his dual guns.
