Saigiku Jōno (条野 採菊, Jōno Saigiku) is a member of the Hunting Dogs' special units and has the Priceless Tears ability.

Appearance Jōno is a young man with mostly light-colored hair with tips that fade to red. Since he is blind, he almost always keeps his eyes closed. Along with his Hunting Dogs uniform, he wears a long earring in his right ear.

In his first appearance, Jōno has the calmest and most composed personality of the Hunting Dogs unit. However, he does not take interruptions or injustices lightly. As such, he nonchalantly arrests Osamu Dazai upon his first meeting, expressing his thoughts against Dazai's blood-covered past with great disapproval. Jōno hides a fierce temper behind her composed expressions, mixing them with harsh threats and comments towards her companions.  Tetchō Suehiro finds himself on the receiving end of many of these comments due to his unconventional nature, which easily exasperates Jōno. He even subtly scolds his commander Ōchi Fukuchi for the latter's theatrics towards the military troops and then threatens to shoot him in the back, showing that his violent tendencies are no different from those of his companions. He also tends to silently or loudly wish ill will towards other people with a rather antagonistic attitude towards him, including Tetchō and even a government official. Sensitive to his surroundings, Jōno also detests the intense emotions and sudden mood swings of those around him. Contrary to Tetchō's nature during interrogations, Jōno has a sadistic side to extract information from targets from him. As Tetchō noted, he has the infamous habit of tormenting others until they are forced to reveal the details he needs during investigations, in which he appears to have fun. Therefore, with such keen persistence in extracting information, Jōno believes that he must be the team's "Strongest Hunting Dog" because of his experience in investigating and capturing criminals.

Ability Main article: Priceless Tears Jōno's ability, Priceless Tears (千金の涙, Senkin no Namida), allows him to manipulate and disintegrate his own body into particles that allow him to slip through small spaces such as air conditioners and door gaps to avoid attacks. This group of particles is said to look like an afterglow that cannot be affected by guns or swords.

Heightened Senses: To compensate for his blindness, Jōno claims that his other senses, including smell and hearing, are incredibly strong and allow him to sense people's bodily processes such as perspiration, body temperature, muscle sounds, heartbeats, heart, breathing and even your internal resentment and emotions. This also allows her to "hear" the targets' secrets from him, making it invaluable during interrogations. As such, illusions have no effect on him, making him immune to Jun'ichirō Tanizaki's illusions. Additionally, Jōno can track the location of certain targets by detecting their presence through the ground, which is useful during his hunting operation.[1] Interrogation Expertise: He is also adept and invaluable during investigations, especially in extracting information and secrets from fugitives and other targets, a skill he combines with his ability to obtain quick and efficient results. Appearance Tetchō is a young man with wild brown hair that strays in numerous directions, with bangs falling in front of his face. He also has two thin locks that are longer than the others on his back. He wears the standard hunting dog uniform. Under his left eye, he has three distinctive marks.

Personality Compared to his peers, Tetchō has a much more serious personality, although he still fits in perfectly as an eccentric guy. For example, he has a habit of combining foods of similar colors and eating them. For example, he puts shichimi spices on strawberries, sugar on white rice, and sauce on yōkan noodles. He is also shown that he eats a hard-boiled egg with the shell still on, watches an ant colony for eight hours straight, and performs muscle training intermittently, even during meetings. As a Hunting Dog, Tetchō takes his role seriously and has a strong penchant for justice. So far, he appears to be the least cruel among the Hunting Dogs, expressing his distaste for people who torture others during their investigations, including Saigiku Jōno. As such, he is willing to use his status to get wanted members of the Armed Detective Agency and his accomplice Lucy Maud Montgomery a free trial after the owner of the Uzumaki Cafe wants to protect them, showing that he has sympathy for the people who They just want to help those they know.

Ability Main article: Plum Blossoms in the Snow. Tetchō's ability, Plum Blossoms in Snow (雪中梅, Setchūbai?) allows him to increase the size, shape, and length of his sword. However, this has only been demonstrated with his saber and it is unknown whether or not he can do it with other weapons.

Skills Physical Dexterity: Tetchō is said to have the strongest ability in the Hunting Dogs in terms of physical prowess. Negotiation Experience: He is quite adept at negotiating with others during interrogation, preferring forceful communication to extract necessary information from his targets. In particular, his negotiation approach is quite opposite to Jōno's threatening interrogation tactic.
