Ecco is a young genius who grew up on the tough streets of Zaun. Known as "Little Man", Ecco values freedom above all else, but will sacrifice anything to protect his friends if they are in danger. Gifted with the mind of a genius from birth, Ecco began assembling simple machines before he could crawl. Amazed by his incredible abilities, his parents, Inna and Wyatt, vowed to provide their son with a bright future. In their minds, Zaun, with its polluted air and crime, was not a fit environment for a genius child. They worked many thousands of hours in a factory, toiling in life-threatening conditions, to pave the way for their son to Piltover and all that it had to offer. To stand out from the crowd of criminal gangs and other chemical-addled punks, Ecco and his friends decided not to ruin their bodies. In their opinion, hextech gadgets were a waste of money, so they were frowned upon in their company. They also frowned upon stealing from those who were even poorer than themselves. So the rich Piltoshki and hextech-clad thugs became the most desirable targets for loot. The secret hideouts of Ekko's squad were bursting with stolen goods, and the walls were covered in magnificent paintings.
