What is heathers about?

A group of superficial students, willing to do anything to achieve fame in high school, organize a cruel game that ends in tragedy. A group of teenagers considered the most popular in school, commit all kinds of atrocities against their classmates. One of these girls, Veronica Sawyer, realizes that what they do is not right, but it is really difficult for her to leave the group. Allied with a new student, the rebellious Jason JD Dean, they "accidentally" kill one of the popular girls and this leads them to a spiral out of control full of hatred, more murders and indifference. Soon Veronica will discover the true psychopath that JD turns out to be.

Summary

Heathers is a comedy that deals with complex issues of adolescence such as bullying, social pressure, etc.

Veronica Sawyer: The protagonist, who falls in love with JD, a key character who gives a dramatic turn to the story. Heather McNamara, Heather Duke and Heather Chandler: A trio of rich girls who are feared and hated, they are very popular as the queen bees. JD: A misanthrope who attempts to murder popular students and pass off their deaths as suicides. Kurt Kelly: Kurt Kelly is a supporting character in the cult classic film Heathers . He is the quarterback of the Westerburg High School football team. Ram Sweeney: Ram Sweeney is an athlete at Westerburg High School. He played defensive back on the Westerburg High School football team. Veronica Sawyer: Veronica is very blunt with people. Because of her maturity beyond her years, Veronica may seem petty or rude to some, but this is simply because the students at Westerberg are more concerned with their social standing than their intellect. Jason Dean: From what we can tell, JD seemed to have had a fairly normal and happy childhood before his mother's death. When the film takes place, JD is jaded and cynical. He makes an effort not to stand out in school, as we first see him sitting in the back corner of the cafeteria. Heather Chandler: cruel, manipulative, self-centered and ruthless, entitled person, ruthless, manipulative and self-centered Heather Duke: shy, arrogant, vain and envious Heather McNamara: She is the kindest of the Heathers, kind, creative, and original. Martha Dunnstock: Quiet, scared, shy and emotionally hurt Kurt Kelly: Stereotypical jock. Alongside Ram, he is often seen bullying people and making dirty jokes.
