Appearance

Dugar has long brown hair - a bob, which he often wears in a ponytail or bun. Unlike his brother, a purebred Buryat, Irkutsk is a mestizo. This is due to the fact that the Russian population in the city is many times larger than the Buryat one. Therefore, he has rather large bright amber eyes without epicanthus, an unusual eyebrow shape, brown hair, and tall height (189 cm)[5]. On the left forearm there is a black and red tattoo in the form of a tiger holding a sable in its mouth. The tiger itself is a reference to the city's coat of arms - Babr, an undefined animal that is a cross between an Amur tiger and a panther. There are many legends about the coat of arms; no one still knows exactly what kind of animal is depicted on it. And, since there is a theory that the “babr” is a tiger, the author depicted it on Dugar’s hand. The sable is a symbol of merchants and trade, Irkutsk has been a merchant city since ancient times. The body is pumped up and sculpted.

Character

As Krasnoyarsk said, Dugar “is now busy with crypto mining”[3][1]. And it’s true - Irkutsk is the Russian capital of mining. (Part of this is because Western Siberia has very cheap electricity.) More than 10% of the world’s bitcoin is mined in Irkutsk. But that’s not the only reason why Dugar is interested in mining. Irkutsk has been a merchant city since its very foundation. It is possible that Dugar himself was a merchant for some time, since in the best years of the city the merchants were its main population. He is often a man of few words and is not very good at expressing tenderness and support. Responsible, confident, and when he is passionate about something, he always takes it seriously and for a long time, and always brings it to the end. But now he rarely contacts them and communicates more with Siberian cities, since relations with his family are bad. Relationship (friends)

Ruslan Yeniseisky has been Dugar's best friend since childhood. They had a stormy acquaintance. The guys met at the place where the Yenisei (the main river of Krasnoyarsk) flows into the Angara (the main river of Irkutsk), when Irkutsk got lost on the way to Tomsk (now the urban village of Strelka is located at this place). At first they mistook each other for girls and almost came to blows. But immediately after, we became strong friends. We grew up together, looked at the stars, walked through the taiga, mountains, rode horses across frozen Baikal. But every time Irkutsk went back to his city to take care of his brother and sister. This incredibly upset and saddened Ruslan, he was angry. They are still best friends. Ruslan mentioned him in his presentation as a childhood friend[1], Dugar called him a friend when he introduced him to Ulan-Ude[4]. In the Krasnoyarsk questionnaire there is an item “Irkutsk often drives there.” From here we know not only that Dugar regularly comes to Krasnoyarsk, but also that they have sex. This is also confirmed by several pieces of art[9]. Dugar repeatedly repeats that he considers Ruslan the most beautiful[10]

Relationship (enemy)

Enemies Tuymaada Aikhan, Yakutsk Yakutsk cannot be called the real enemy of Irkutsk, but Dugar is very afraid of it[11]. The fact is that the Yakuts lived near Lake Baikal until about the 14th century, after which the Buryats came from the east, pushing them to the north. Yakutsk and Ulan-Ude do not remember these times at all, because at that time they were tribes, not cities, but by chance, Irkutsk managed to remember that time fragmentarily. That’s why he doesn’t like to cross paths with Yakutsk and talk about it [12] - he’s afraid of it. He dreams of Yakutsk in nightmares[13].
