They were the first to recognize each other's independence and conclude a Treaty of Friendship in 1921! They got along well during the Cold War, and in 1979 I sent my troops into it to protect it from internal threats. I regret that I was never able to help you.

The Japanese Empire constantly tried to squeeze my territories in the Far East under itself! But I gave her a hard time during the local battles near Lake Khasan in 1938 and on the Khalkin-Gol River in 1940! In 1941 we concluded a neutrality pact for a period of 5 years, which ensured her neutrality towards me during the Second World War, although I still had concerns about her possible actions... Everything changed in 1945, when I entered the war against her allowed me to return the island of Sakhalin and the Kuril Islands! NATO is an alliance created against me! A bunch of capitalist countries that are trying to stop me from spreading my idea to others. Someday, capitalist systems will come to an end... The USA is a damn capitalist and oppressor of workers! A country in which it is permissible to be a rich minority and enrich yourself through the exploitation of the majority. Perestroika, democracy and other reforms led to my death! But thanks to him for his help with Lend-Lease during the war! Great Britain - our relations from the very beginning were very difficult due to numerous ideological contradictions. During World War II, we were still able to form an alliance to jointly fight against the Nazi bloc, and we also occupied Iran together in 1941. I am grateful to you for the military and material assistance at that time! However, the Cold War soon came to an end again in our relations... And yet, you were a rather arrogant imperialist, and I am glad that I was able to help many of your colonies to liberate themselves!
