Tanjiro

Tanjiro Kamado, the protagonist of "Kimetsu no Yaiba", was the eldest son of a family dedicated to the production and sale of charcoal in neighboring villages. After the death of his father, Tanjuro Kamado, Tanjiro assumed the role of breadwinner of the family, composed of his mother, Kie Kamado, and his younger siblings: Nezuko, Takeo, Hanako, Shigeru and Rokuta. Before the tragedy that marked his life, Tanjiro was known for his kindness, determination, and strong sense of responsibility towards his family. He made a living selling charcoal in nearby villages, demonstrating an admirable work ethic for his age. His main goal was to ensure the well-being of his loved ones, a task he carried out with dedication and love. Tanjiro's life took a drastic turn when, upon returning home from work, he found his family brutally murdered by the demon Muzan Kibutsuji. His younger sister, Nezuko, was the only survivor, albeit transformed into a demon. This tragic event prompted Tanjiro to become a demon hunter, with the goal of finding a cure for Nezuko and avenging his family's death.
