Appearance

Physically he is similar to his brother in his human form, except for slight differences such as the fact that he has had his Demon Slayer Mark since birth, which is located exactly in the same position as Kokushibo's. Foreword

In this story Muzan was betrayed by his right hand man and most faithful warrior, Kokushibo, who was once Michikatsu Yoriichi's older brother, Kokushibo orchestrated a coup d'état to dethrone Muzan in an act of stealing his power and throne, Muzan perhaps by a cruel and ironic joke of fate ended up in Yoriichi's estate and as Muzan thought there was no one there he hid in Yoriichi's house to try to escape from Kokushibo's lackeys, who wanted him dead to secure his power and slowly Yoriichi and Muzan began to get closer after knowing each other's struggles and slowly what began as a misunderstanding and a strange situation slowly gave rise to a somewhat taboo and frowned upon love relationship between the most powerful swordsman in the world and the former demon king.
