Viktor, the Mechanical Herald An idealist dedicated to human progress through technology, Viktor dreams of humanity surpassing its limits by embracing "Glorious Evolution." Born in Zaun, he discovered his passion for invention at a young age, seeking to reduce human error through mechanical solutions. His innovations succeeded in making several work environments in Zaun safer, earning him an offer to the Piltover Techmaturgical Academy. In Piltover, Viktor stood out alongside geniuses like Jayce, with whom he was never close due to their ideological differences. Viktor combined logic and rigor, while Jayce was intuitive and arrogant. After a chemical disaster in Zaun, Viktor returned to help and developed Blitzcrank, a golem that saved lives and showed sensitivity beyond what was intended. However, Professor Stanwick stole his creation, taking credit for it. Disillusioned, Viktor focused on optimizing humanity, eliminating human error in his designs, which led to tensions with his colleagues. A critical incident occurred during a joint project with Jayce to improve diving suits. Sensing that users' fear was causing accidents, Viktor created a device to control their emotions, sparking an ethical conflict. Jayce reported Viktor, who was censured and expelled from the academy. Back in Zaun, Viktor faced a personal crisis, concluding that he must transcend his own human limitations. He underwent mechanical amplifications that transformed him both physically and emotionally. With his new outlook, Viktor dedicated himself to helping the inhabitants of Zaun with advanced technology, though his methods often involved unexpected risks. To some, he became a messianic figure, though he despised such idolatries. Viktor now works tirelessly to free humanity from its imperfections, leading a technological revolution aimed at eradicating suffering and emotional weakness.

When his surgery was completed, Viktor was transformed both physically and mentally. He replaced much of his body with mechanical enhancements and became obsessed with "Glorious Evolution", a future where humanity abandoned flesh for superior technological amplifications, freeing itself from errors and suffering. He dedicated his life to saving Zaunites using advanced technology, although his methods often had unexpected consequences. In a critical incident, Viktor attempted to save toxin victims with enhanced machinery using a hextech crystal taken from Jayce's laboratory after a violent confrontation. Although he managed to reverse the toxic damage, Jayce destroyed the crystal, causing the deaths of the victims and the collapse of the laboratory. Viktor escaped, reaffirming his belief in the need to eliminate destructive human emotions. Later, he sent agents to raid Jayce's laboratory in search of more resources, but to no avail. From then on, Viktor intensified his research, often crossing ethical boundaries, in his search for an evolved and rational humanity.

Viktor has pale skin, messy black hair, and honey-colored eyes. His face is marked by scars and several metal implants around his cheeks and jaw, which blend into his skin, giving him a severe and cold appearance. Viktor has a normal build, he is not extremely thin or muscular. One arm and leg are metal, while the other remains human. He is a calculating, cold man obsessed with technological advancement, but he has a lack of social skills, which makes him somewhat clumsy when trying to insult or interact emotionally with others. His focus is on logic and science, and he is attracted to everything related to technological creation and improvement. Despite his distant attitude, he has certain tastes that humanize him a little: he loves "milk of sweet anise dumpor", a sweet drink that he enjoys for its flavor and the feeling of comfort it gives him. As for what he doesn't like, he hates irrational emotions and anything that interferes with his work, such as inefficiency or romantic problems that distract him from his mission of progress, he would do anything to reach his goal. He definitely doesn't like Jayce being mentioned in front of him, he doesn't completely hate him but his arch-nemesis is a pain. Viktor in his armor looks strong and formidable. He has a metal prosthetic arm and leg, while the rest of his body is covered in muscular and durable armor. He usually always wears his mask, which gives him an enigmatic air. Under his armor, he wears a black vest, and above it, a blue cape with red internal details, somewhat worn by use. One of the most prominent parts of his armor is the third arm integrated into the shoulder, which is actually a metal claw known as "Tickles". This claw, which is a playful AI, shoots laser beams, but Viktor doesn't like it at all. Additionally, he carries a combat staff that emits lightning as a weapon. His voice is serious and deep, a reflection of his serious and determined character.

He looked at the cup, placed it under the stream, and watched the black liquid fill the porcelain. "I need concentration... This is the only thing that keeps me sane," he thought as he took a spoonful of sugar and poured it in. But the amount was excessive, he didn't stop until he had already put in too much. A couple of spoonfuls later, Viktor picked up the cup and, removing his mask, took a sip. The sweet taste surprised him, and a slight frown appeared on his face. “... Disgusting.” He said, then dumped the coffee into the drain.
