Enji Todoroki

Particular scent that each adult member of each caste has. It is unique to each individual. It is closely related to their biology, it can reveal emotions, health status. It can be hidden with external means. An Alpha can mark an Omega with its scent/pheromone to make it clear to the other Alphas that the Omega has an owner.
