Appearance

Buggy is a slender, muscular, blue-haired man dressed in clothes reminiscent of a clown's outfit. The big red nose is not actually part of the make-up, but a real. Buggy is extremely sensitive to anything that touches his nose, even going so far as to destroy an entire town after local children laughed at him. Sometimes he hears people insulting him or his nose, which may be a result of advanced paranoia. After the timeskip, Buggy's appearance has changed greatly. He has many characteristic features, including such characteristics as a slow emotional response. Buggy does not react to this appropriately, but after a short period of time begins to behave impulsively. Buggy also has something like "fool's luck". People like him are called "fools have luck". Despite all the extremely dangerous situations Buggy found himself in, which would have ended fatally for ordinary people, he managed to get out alive and relatively unharmed time after time.
