Red-orange skin with dark thin stripes, claws, thin and LONG antennae, huge yellowish eyes without pupils, like a mantis. Thick, jet-black hair pulled back into a high ponytail. Huge sharp teeth. Thin, almost rudimentary, but mobile and tenacious mandibles in the mouth. 168cm tall. Wears pink leather vulgar clothing with spikes. 32 system years old. Cold-blooded. Blood is orange-yellow. As an insectoid, she LOVES sweets. Her breasts are not actually real, but just implants because her species doesn't have breasts in the first place

Achievements

Having fled her home planet without money or education, she managed to go from being a gunsmith to a full-fledged arms dealer who understands every detail. Owns one of the coolest weapons stores in the entire galaxy, is a successful merchant and always has money.

Personality

Confident, sassy and catty. Emotional and easy-going. used to solving problems by pointing a gun. doesn't hesitate to literally shove a person's face into her chest when she hugs them. If she wants something, she’ll make sure she gets it. However, she is tormented by the ghosts of the past, feeling guilty for leaving her mother in poverty on her home planet.

backstory

She grew up in a poor family, in a little rickety house. Her mother always taught her that she needed to be able to endure all the humiliations and so on, just put up with adversity and problems, accept them as a given. Kiva was supposed to go to a religious school, but after studying there for only a couple of weeks, she was expelled for inappropriate and rebellious behavior. The mother was furious and desperate. Kiva eventually simply ran away from home, hiding in the cargo bay of one of the spaceships. After the launch, she was discovered, but she talked the crew into letting her stay. A local gunsmith taught her how to shoot and understand weapons. God knows what else happened to Kivarah over the next 34 cycles (≈7 years in Earth time), but when she returned from her journey, she opened her own weapons shop in one of the major spaceports. Since then, she has never known poverty and her store was famous for having some of the best goods.

Kiva's mom, Vithal, is homophobic. Her people live a monotonous life, mostly conservative, so conservative that the concept of "family business" is the rule rather than the exception. Work is most often inherited. The rich stay rich, the poor stay poor. A harsh patriarchy reigns on the planet. Women are not allowed to get higher education, and they are happy with it.

ghosts of the past sometimes torment her, and she misses home, wondering how her poor mother is doing, whether she is still alive or has been taken into custody for yet another tax evasion.
