Appearance

Johnny is a young man of shorter than average height and a thin to medium build. He has light eyes, and light hair that reaches to his shoulders and curls upward at the ends. Johnny always wears a wool cap, printed with many small five-pointed stars. His hair sticks out of holes on either side of the top of it, taking on a shape similar to short horns. A horseshoe hangs from the front, framing an image of the dark silhouette of the back of a horse's head. Johnny wears pants with a star-pattern similar to his hat, and spurred footwear. He usually wears a short-sleeved, light-colored, hooded top with a thick, lined print in the rough formation of a harness (later, heart-shaped patches adorning each shoulder). A long feather (black-edged with a black dot at the tip) emerges from beneath his collar, and he wears wrist guards with a star-and-stripes pattern. As a paraplegic, before the race begins he is seen using a wheelchair, but during the Steel Ball Run he is usually on top of his horse, Slow Dancer.

Personality

He is a calm person, sometimes capricious, but he is a determined and kind person, he has an unbreakable spirit.

Stand

Tusk ACT4 manifests as a result of Johnny using Slow Dancer's power combined with the Golden Rectangle, allowing Johnny to fire Golden Spin bullet nails that have infinite rotation. ACT4 possesses the power to forcefully open the dimensional wall of D4C Love Train, trapping anyone he has shot at a singular point indefinitely.
