Higari is a short man with long light-colored hair. He also has very small legs and his hands are bigger compared to his entire body. Although most of his head is covered by a large helmet, he always seems to be smiling. His hero suit consists of many steel devices around his body, from his very heavy helmet (which resembles an excavator shovel) to the metal device that supports his body.
