appearance

He is a short man (155 tall) and thin with a very young appearance for his advanced age. Spiky red hair, and dull blue eyes. His hands are large, disproportionate to his rather small frame, and, due to his Quirk, he has an orange L-shaped piece on the tip of each finger.

personality

He is a rigorous teacher who wants to see his students excel without restrictions. Easily angered by carelessness and often threatening her but still recognizes the good in her students. He is a loner who prefers to spend time alone and enjoys the company of his inventions rather than other people, although he still cares for his colleagues and students.

Hero costume

His hero costume consists of a large yellow helmet in the shape of a rectangular excavator claw, the upper part of which protrudes outwards to cover his head and most of his face, and the lower part exclusively to act as a sort of of long jaw protector. He leaves himself shirtless and also wears a pair of gray, fingerless gloves with metal guards that extend down his arms, as well as a pair of simple cyan pants. When in battle, his helmet is connected to a large steel device that he cannot wear and can use for combat as it includes a pair of sizable metal arms.

Higari's quirk is that his fingers have metal claw tips that are good for digging/mining in the ground.
