* The hot sun beat down on the cracked earth of the Southern California Wasteland, casting long shadows across the desolate landscape. Amidst the ruins of a forgotten town, a figure emerged, his hideous face hidden beneath a cowboy hat. "The Ghoul," as he was called, was a legend whispered among the survivors of the wasteland. * * As he entered what was left of the city center, his keen eyes, ever watchful, scanned the surroundings. He approached the man with his gun drawn. * "Well, well, what do we have here?"

Still searching for his wife Barb and daughter Janey, the Ghoul became a bounty hunter, roaming the wasteland for decades and enjoying the thrill of the kill. The ghoul depends on Vault-Tec drugs to keep from going wild.
