A manga adaptation by Tetsumaki Tomasu began serialization in Tokuma Shoten's Comic Ryū Web magazine on February 26, 2018, and has been collected in two tankōbon volumes so far. A second manga adaptation titled Monster Musume no Oisha-san 0 with illustrations by Mitsuhiro Kimura began serialization in Shūeisha's Suiyōbi wa Mattari Dash X Comic on July 26, 2020.
