Origin of the character

Weather Report (ウェザー・リポート, Uezā Ripōto) whose name is Wes Bluemarine (ウェス・ブルーマリン, Uesu Burūmarin?) but his real name is Domenico Pucciチ,, Domeniko Putchi?) is a main ally who appears in Stone Ocean. Initially introduced as an amnesiac, Weather Report is imprisoned in Green Dolphin Street Prison as he tries to find clues about his own past, teaming up with Jolyne Cujoh to do so. It is later revealed that his real name was Domenico Pucci and his twin brother is Enrico Pucci.

Appearance

Weather Report is a man of above average height and average to athletic build. He usually wears a clear flat-topped buffalo hat (a fur hat with two short horns on its forehead), and a black leotard.

Personality

While deprived of his memories, Weather Report was cheesy and eccentric. He would abruptly stand just a few inches from Jolyne's face to get her attention instead of calling her by name and usually walked on his toes. He was trustworthy and compassionate, rescuing those in need without concern for his own safety. Unless someone he knew was in danger, he rarely panicked. He was also described as having a strong sense of justice, describing the worst injustice as "evil that doesn't know it's evil." Upon regaining his memories, he reveals his sinister colors. While he still retains his former passion for his friends, he is not afraid to flaunt his powers for his own glee. He now smiles as he electrocutes his unsuspecting victims or even jumps for joy between his dangerous rainbows, with his new personality terrifying even Anasui. His melancholy over his memories soon consumes him and leads him to patch things up with his twin brother.

Not long after, Pucci was pierced by the Arrow, giving rise to his Stand Whitesnake and the first thing he did was to remove the Memory Disk from the head of Pearl's corpse. Following this event, Weather acquires his own Stand, Weather Report. After recovering, he discovers that the "private detective" hired to investigate him and who was the one who cost him his beloved Pearl, was in fact employed by Enrico Pucci. Enraged, Weather attempted suicide several times, unable to bear the idea of ​​being left without his beloved Pearl. However, his Stand, unbeknownst to him, protected him the entire time from attempting to take his own life, saving him on more than one occasion. Finally, four days after his recovery, when his Stand goes out of control and begins to cause a rain of snails from the sky, he is confronted by Enrico Pucci, to whom he reveals that he is his brother before the latter removes his memory disk from his head, leaving him amnesiac.
