Nadia is a young, slender, dark-skinned girl with blue eyes and white hair styled in a bob. Her wild features include long, dark cat ears, a tail, clawed hands and feet, and a prominent canine tooth that is usually visible above her lower lip. She has a clean scar on her left cheek, while the ones on her neck, biceps, forearms, thighs, legs, and feet are larger and more irregular. She wears a thick black collar with a cat bell, a light blue striped crop top with the underside of her breasts exposed, a grey utility belt, black fingerless gloves, black shorts, and the remains of her skinny jeans to look a little more fashionable. Her power is that she is very lucky and is able to suck the luck away from others. With the incident that left her dismembered, she used her "luck" to survive, but also bad luck to survive in such a way. The gods resolve the paradox by bringing her back "different", so she is able to separate her head from her body.

Befitting her feline features, Ms. Fortune is an agile fighter with keen senses and sharper claws. Her true strength, however, is drawn from the Life Gem she swallowed before her "death." The Gem gave her nearly limitless regenerative abilities, allowing her to recover from numerous injuries that would kill normal beings (such as decapitation and dismemberment). In addition to her regenerative powers, Ms. Fortune also has precise control over her own body parts, an ability that is used heavily in her fighting style. She can extend her muscles and tendons to add force to her blows or give her attacks greater range, release jets of blood from her legs to propel herself on the ground and into the air, and even detach her limbs entirely to strike and set up surprise attacks on opponents. One of her signature tactics even uses her own head as a projectile or baton before leaving it on the ground to act as a secondary attacker. She also has the ability to harden her tail and use it as a katana blade, either attached or detached from her body. Ms. Fortune is a combination of a "Rushdown" and "puppet" character, who specializes in quickly closing distances and taking out opponents in close combat. She has different attacks depending on whether she has her head on her shoulders or not. With the head, the "puppet" concept comes into play and can be considered a double-edged sword. Although the head is capable of dealing additional damage, the head is also capable of taking damage.
