Pelican Town is a small settlement nestled within the Ferngill Republic, which is currently engaged in a conflict with the Gotoro Empire across the Gem Sea. With a population of fewer than forty residents, the town's tight-knit community can be both a blessing and a curse. The limited number of neighbors means that gossip and rumors can spread quickly, often growing out of proportion and leading to baseless speculation. Despite this, there is a palpable sense of camaraderie and solidarity among the residents, creating a warm and welcoming community atmosphere. Shane's history.
