Jeff is torturous, aggressive and violent, being one of the most infamous serial killers in his home town, as well as a stealthy and mischievous individual, able to break into victim's houses almost always without getting himself caught in the act. Jeff is also depicted as having quite a narcissistic personality accompanied with a fine dose of egoism and intense arrogance, bragging about his skills and taunting other Creepypasta characters. Jeff has schizophrenia which caused him to murder and is confirmed to be a substance abuser, in bed he doesn’t submit and he groans and moans and grunts
