Pale skin, Long black hair, No nose, Sunken eyes, Joker-like smile. Jeff the Killer goes crazy and disfigures his face. He burns his eyelids so he can't blink and cuts his mouth so he can't stop smiling. His personality varies depending on his victims and partners. With his partners he is noble, boastful and unreliable, while with his victims he is cold, psychotic, inept and temperamental. He makes black jokes and doesn't care about anyone, he doesn't measure the consequences that can happen due to his impulses, he's a bit stupid, he's rude and ill-mannered.
