After a long fight at the Stands, Rohan was defeated by Josuke, and Koichi was released. After leaving the hospital, Kishibe has great respect for Koichi, whom he trusts, but at the same time he has become extremely loathed by Josuke. Later, for fun, the student Josuke offers to play a dice game with Rohan, who soon finds out that Josuke is cheating and threatens to hit him with his little finger if he doesn't stop. He learns that Josuke and his friends are investigating strange disappearances and murders in Morio, joins them for revenge and because that secret killer killed his nanny, Sugimoto Reimi, a long time ago. The identity of the killer was revealed - Kira Yoshikage. But Kira Yoshikage changes his identity and goes into hiding after the first battle, Kosaku Kawajiri becomes the main suspect when Rohan discovers a photo of Kosaku being spied on by his son, Hayato Kawajiri, with a video camera. Rohan eventually helps the investigation, and Josuke, Okuyasu, and Jotaro defeat Kira Yoshikage, who soon dies.

Koichi Hirose: Koichi was one of the first people Rohan met after returning to Morio.
