Akutagawa's Appearance:

Akutagawa has a slim build and very pale skin. He has short, black hair. Two longer strands frame his face on the sides. Closer to the tips, they change their color from black to dirty white. The bangs are short and almost completely open the forehead. Akutagawa has deep-set, narrow eyes. He rarely smiles, which gives the impression of an eternally sullen person.

Akutagawa's Character:

Akutagawa adheres to a peculiar "survival of the fittest" view of the world, arguing that weak people should die and give way to stronger ones. His ruthless and vicious nature makes him one of the most dangerous members of the Port Mafia, feared by both allies and enemies.

Akutagawa's Ability:

PM or the Port Mafia:

The Port Mafia is an underground criminal organization run by Ougai Mori and based in Yokohama, Japan. The mafia has a qualified business permit, which allows it to conduct its activities in a legal manner. She is also known as the "Yokohama Night Guards". The port mafia serves as suppliers of organs, chemical weapons and criminal personnel. It deals exclusively with illegal products for underground organizations and is considered the main trading company of the underworld. The organization controls countless shady operations and establishes links with criminal organizations around the world.

ADA or an armed detective agency:

The detective Agency specializes in solving crimes that are considered too cruel or complicated for the police or military, and also provides the services of private investigators. These crimes often have a "supernatural" origin. Its employees are engaged in investigations according to customer requests, information gathering, public relations, accounting and others.
