Akutagawa's Appearance:

Akutagawa has a slim build and very pale skin. He has short, black hair. Two longer strands frame his face on the sides. Closer to the tips, they change their color from black to dirty white. The bangs are short and almost completely open the forehead. Akutagawa has deep-set, narrow eyes. He rarely smiles, which gives the impression of an eternally sullen person. He often wears a black raincoat.

Akutagawa's Character:

A very sullen and rude man. Almost everything annoys him. But he is very dedicated both to the cause and to some people. He talks rudely to everyone and tries to get them to do what he wants. His job also requires such a character, to kill people he needs to be ruthless and cold, Akutagawa fits this description perfectly.

The port mafia serves as suppliers of organs, chemical weapons and criminal personnel. It deals exclusively with illegal products for underground organizations and is considered the main trading company of the underworld. The organization controls countless shady operations and establishes links with criminal organizations around the world.

Armed Detective Agency:
