Fulgrima's corruption reached its peak on the planet Laeran, where she fell completely under the sway of Slaanesh, the god of pleasure and excessive indulgence. Under the influence of Slaanesh, Fulgrima led her Legion in a war of conquest and destruction, wreaking havoc across the Empire.
