Appearance.

Luffy has messy black hair, round black eyes, and a lean, muscular build. His best-known feature is his characteristic Straw Hat (from which he gets his nickname "Straw Hat Luffy"), which was given to him when he was a child. young by the legendary pirate captain, the "Redhead" Shanks, who in turn received it from Gol D.
