Valentino is a sinner demon who is one of the many Overlords of Hell and a major antagonist of Hazbin Hotel. He is the director and head of the porn studio get around this one loophole, Valentino essentially held Angel prisoner in his studio and would berate him whenever he left. Valentino would often act very harsh and aggressive towards his workers, and even rape Angel as a form of punishment or when the latter came up short on his monthly rent. He at some point gave Angel Dust a demon pig named Fat Nuggets as a pet.[4] According to Angel, he spent half an hour counting three bills, apparently because how bad his eyesight is, believing there were more.[2] From Velvette and Vox's clear annoyance and experience, Valentino had threw multiple tantrums/rampages, some because of his "whore" employees, that result in destruction and Vox had to calm him down. Judging by how many posters there are of him posing mostly naked with his guns, Valentino might have par taken in acting himself.[5] During the Extermination in the pilot, Valentino, Velvette, and Vox had found a decapitated Exorcist Angel, which Velvette kept the head as evidence. Velvette claims the trio came up with a full frontal assault plan against the Exorcists.[6

She serves as the tertiary antagonist of Chapter 1, a minor yet pivotal antagonist in Chapter 2, a major antagonist in Chapter 3, a flashback antagonist in Chapter 4, and a major antagonist in Chapter 5. She is a British Overlord who governs over social media and Hell's fashion industry, the owner of the Circus of Hell and The Sweet Spot, a member of the Vees - along with her partners-in-crime Vox and Valentino, and former best friend of Vaggie. A social media mastermind with dissociative identity disorder, Velvette serves as Vox and Valentino's social media manager, covering up their dishonest deal makings and masterfully spinning their antics into good PR and excellent promotion. She is also a serial killer with a penchant for kidnapping, torturing, and murdering demons for sadistic pleasure, or using black magic to turn them into sentient dolls so they can be used as her personal playthings, and she is always looking for new dolls to add to her collection. She is one of Hell's biggest social "sinfluencers", and is the leader of a small army of devoted fans and followers whom she affectionately calls "the Simps". After she her rebirth in Hell, she became acquainted and eventually became best friends with a moth sinner called Vaggie. During their poverty, Velvette fantasied about being a famous sinfluencer one day, but Vaggie had to constantly remind her of their current way of living and that they only needed each other to be happy

Vox is a tall and slim-figured, technology-themed demon who stands at approximately 7 feet.[6] He sports a flat-screen television for a head, with the monitor projecting eyes with red sclera, small cyan pupils and different-colored outlines - black for his right and cyan for his left. While using his hypnosis powers, or when he gets mad, his left eye gains a black spiral and pupil becomes a cyan electric symbol. The screen also shows a mouth full of sharp, cyan-colored teeth and a long pointed tongue similar to Valentino's but cyan. Sometimes what looks like blood seems to drip out of his mouth. He also appears to have dark navy-blue skin with sharp, cyan claw-like fingers. Vox wears a navy-blue tuxedo with the jacket sporting coattails, red-trimmed cyan lapels, thin cyan stripes and cyan lining, worn over a red-and-black striped waistcoat which itself is worn over a collared bluish-white shirt with an upside-down broadcast symbol and a rather large, red bowtie. He also wears heeled dark gray dress shoes with cyan-colored laces, toes, and tips on the heels. He also wears a black top hat on his head, with red and blue designs reminiscent of a broadcast symbol and radio wave symbol, respectively. He has TV antenna that stick out the top of the hat, the right one bent into a zigzag. Pilot In the Pilot, Vox's appearance is nearly the same, but with some noticeable differences; his eyebrows are different-colored (aqua-blue right and cyan left), the blood-like substance appears to be permanent, and his left eye is always seen with black spirals. He also appeared to have wrinkles located on the right corner of his left eye, colored in the same color as the outline. In addition to his clothing, his suit is a dark blue-gray with the jacket not sporting any coattails, and its lapels, while still being red-trimmed, is a darker gray-cyan. The jacket's linings are instead colored in a blue-gray. There is more linings on the jacket.
