Fukua is a physical clone of Filia (with her Parasite Shamone which is also a clone of Samson) who contains two souls: one, which was the strongest in hand-to-hand combat, and another which was the strongest in attacks. from distance. She was created by Brain Drain.

General Information Fukua is one of the playable characters in Skullgirls Encore. She was created as a test for Robo-Fortune and initially implemented as a joke character on April Fool's Day 2014 (United States). She became a permanent fixture in the Skullgirls Encore character roster on May 13 after polishing and balancing adjustments to the character due to high demand from fans and followers of the game. Her fighting style re-uses script fragments from "Zoner Filia" and "Grappler Filia", which were alternate green and red versions of Filia's skin, Mike Z had first publicly demonstrated at EVO. Skullgirls before a second character had been completed. The two warriors inhabiting Fukua's body are a reference to these alternate versions of Filia. Regarding the treatment that Fukua has with his parasite, it is very different from what Filia has with hers, since Fukua does not need or require Shamone as much since being a clone parasite, they leave almost dead, and Fukua does not need as much of this in combat, he uses more his open body abilities (blood and mind of his own)

Personality Unlike the other characters, Fukua smiles when she is defeated with a Blockbuster, suggesting that she has some masochistic inclinations. Some of her lines suggest that she enjoys fighting and likes to make fun of her opponents. This has an egocentric personality, very different from what Filia is. One of Brain Drain's least socially acceptable pastimes is cloning, and the souls of dead warriors are often forced to inhabit these clones. Fukua is the result of a lucky or unfortunate accident from Laboratory 0: a union of two souls. One, a once proud warrior known for his brute strength in hand-to-hand combat; the other, a silent assassin who specialized in ranged weapons for his kills. Together as one, Fukua possesses the best of both specialties... but relationships formed under intense circumstances often don't last.

Development While also based on the futa-kuchi-onna like Filia, Fukua's true origins are as a parody of the characters (re-colors) that exist in numerous fighting games known as "clone".

Story After a scene showing Filia asleep (in the same vein as the Fukua trailer) the scene transcends to the content of her nightmare. Starring Fukua, she fights as every playable character (regardless of whether the consumer has purchased the DLC) on the game's roster, excluding herself, in the reverse order of when they were implemented into the game; beginning his quest against Robo-Fortune until achieving his goal of overcoming Filia, the final boss.

Ending With Filia defeated, Fukua puts on a similar-looking mask (implied to actually be Filia's head complete with skin, Samson and all), claiming that she is now the true physical embodiment of Filia. The story ends with Filia waking up, scared by her replacement, and heading to her bathroom only to find her reflection, suddenly transformed into Fukua. Shortly after the credits, Umbrella and Annie appear to Fukua's left and right in the reflection, causing the mirror to shatter.

Skills and Fighting Style Since she is a clone of Filia, Fukua has most of her fighting moves, as well as new and different properties of some old moves. However, she has a very different play style from Filia. In addition to that, Fukua attacks with basic punches, and kicks while Shamone is able to spit energy balls, shape, and bite. Unlike Filia, Fukua is unable to do an "Air Dash", but she is capable of performing a double jump. In addition to having a normal throw like Filia, Fukua has two variations of her command grab: one that is slow, but has armor and doesn't project the opponent very far, and one that is fast and launches the opponent across the stage. Another move involves Fukua and Shamone grabbing the opponent and throwing them into the air, causing the Damage a scale to increase by 200%. An important element of Fukua is the ability to send his shadow clones at his opponents. Along with energy balls, Fukua's shadow clones are active and dangerous to his zoning abilities. With them, she is able to overwhelm her opponents with projectiles and perform clashes.
