Biography 1

As traditionally narrated in the work, Heihachi was the son of the founder of the Mishima Zaibatsu financial empire, Jinpachi Mishima. Heihachi was also a martial arts master, practitioner and precursor of Mishima Kakuto Karate (a synthesis of the classic Okinawan Shorin Ryu and Goju Ryu karate styles). When the time came, Heihachi locked his father beneath the temple-fortress of Honmaru. This allowed him to take control of the Mishima Zaibatsu, which he converted into an arms company, even developing his own private army, the Tekken Force (called "Tekken Forces" in Spanish); With this move, Heihachi turned the Mishima Zaibatsu conglomerate into the most important financial empire on the globe. On a personal level, Heihachi married Kazumi Mishima, whom he met when she arrived at the Jinpachi dojo as a girl and with whom he would have a son, Kazuya Mishima. Heihachi was a stern man and, obsessed with not having a weak heir, he subjected Kazuya to a harsh and competitive childhood. One day, while Heihachi and Kazuya were in one of his usual training sessions, the former threw his son over a ravine, hoping that if he was strong enough he would survive. This is the version that was maintained throughout the saga, however, in Tekken 7 it is revealed that Kazumi was the carrier of the Devilish Gene, inherited from her Hachijo family, and her intention was to destroy Heihachi and the Mishima lineage due to because the Hachijo clan predicted that both he and Kazuya would become a threat to humanity.

Biography 2

With her last breath, Kazumi asked him not to kill her because she would awaken an endless chain of hatred and asked Heihachi to free her but suspecting that it was a trap to try to kill him again, Heihachi killed her by breaking her neck and releasing a tear when he looks at Kazumi's lifeless body. When Kazuya learned of her mother's death, she accused her father of murdering her; Knowing that Kazuya may have inherited the Demon Gene from Kazumi and the Hachijo, he decided to throw him off the cliff in the hope that he would not survive and prove her suspicions that Kazuya also inherited demon blood or not. Despite everything, Kazuya managed to resist her fall, awakening within her the Devilish Gene of her maternal family, the Hachijo, and seeking revenge on her mother from then on. These events occurred the same year that Heihachi stole the Mishima Zaibatsu from Jinpachi by imprisoning him in the Honmaru Temple and after Heihachi himself murdered his wife Kazumi. For ten years after these events, Heihachi ruled the Mishima Zaibatsu with an iron fist, until news reached his ears that Kazuya was still alive. Kazuya had become a great master of martial arts and Heihachi wanted to get rid of his son once and for all, so the King of Iron Fist Tournament was born.

Biography 3

Heihachi and Kazuya face each other for the first time in ten years; Thanks to the power of his Devil Gene, Kazuya defeats Heihachi and throws him down the same ravine that he threw him from when he was a child, immediately taking possession of him as the new leader of the Mishima Zaibatsu.

He, however, was in an internal struggle between the "good side" of him, awakened by Jun Kazama, and the "evil side" personified in the Devil Gene. Taking advantage of his son's internal dissension, Heihachi defeats him. Faced with this situation, the Devil Gene manages to impose itself on Kazuya's body, transforming him into a diabolical version of himself that responds to the name "Devil"; Despite everything, Heihachi manages to defeat this evil version again, so, to ensure that his son never returns, Heihachi "returns the favor" and throws Kazuya into an active volcano.
