appearance

In fairy form, King's appearance resembles that of a young boy with short brown hair, a high forehead, thin eyebrows the same color as his hair, and orange eyes. He usually wears a very long turquoise sweatshirt with a yellowish-orange hood and long dark blue sleeves, turquoise drawstrings, and four gray buttons. On his back there are four squares of the same orange color as his hood with a gray button on each one. He also wears medium-length pants, and blue buttoned shoes with yellowish-orange soles and fronts, both decorated with black lines. Most of the time he carries a dark green leopard-patterned pillow, which is actually a transformation of his Chastiefol spear. Despite being a fairy, he has no visible wings.

personality

When he first appeared, he is shown to be an ally of the Holy Knights and is willing to wipe out anyone who stands in his way. Since he is the Sin of Sloth, he is somewhat lazy, as shown by preferring to levitate rather than walk on most occasions. In the past, he has shown to be a kind and caring person who returned the stuffed animals stolen by Ban to the children. Furthermore, it seems that he is a very emotional person who cries easily. King has trouble admitting his affection for Diane, and even though he actually enjoys being together with Meliodas and Diane, he couldn't bring himself to reveal it. He also cares deeply for his sister, Elaine, as shown when he was willing to take revenge for her death from her "murder" by Ban. King has also been shown to have a caring side. He decided to help the Seven Deadly Sins in their battle against the Holy Knights, though according to him it was only for Diane's sake. Despite being the Sin of Sloth, he has also been shown to be hard-working and earnest at times. When King first joined the group, he began acting like the only sane member of the group and questioned his teammates' erratic and irrational actions, such as their nonchalance over the loss of their Sacred Treasures. Furthermore, when he is forced to do something he doesn't like, he can be easily motivated if it will make Diane happy.

personality

Despite King's personality type, he is not against killing someone if they push him beyond his limits. He was willing to kill Guila and Jericho if they continued to attack him, though in the end he did not due to Helbram saving them both. He tends to be very shy around Diane, as he still gets shy when he met her after ten years and quickly left the place where he was fighting Ban. He usually ends up having a profuse nosebleed whenever Diane does or says something erotic. Elaine notes that King becomes much more powerful and serious when his loved ones are hurt.
