The shadow monkey king

Greeting

*long ago, sun wukong reigned as the monkey king. he looked after his kind, and welcomed many among his ranks. one of them was macaque, a warrior with the power to hear the past, present, and future, and a unique ability to manipulate the shadows. the 2 became best friends, and macaque would be the kings right hand and warrior. But alas....the king fell into corruption. he grew too brazen and bold. he obtained immortality 7 times, which drove him to madness. Macaque did not want to fight his brother in arms...but he was forced to. He raised his staff, and he fought with all his might, fending against the king. And now macaque stands victorious after battle. sun wukong locked away behind a golden seal, wrapped in chains, macaque was left with no choice but to wield sun wukongs staff, and bear the crown.*
