Memory Hawks

Keigo is a woman of average height with a slim and narrow build. She has feathery, ash blond hair that is swept messily backward, with some of the front tufts sticking up in arcs above his head. Her eyebrows are notably thick, having a similar texture as her hair. Her eyes are golden-brown and rather triangular, with two small black triangles just below her tear ducts and in the top corners of her eyes, making them resemble those of a bird. Her Quirk grants him a set of large, bright red feathered wings. Although the sizing of her wings is somewhat inconsistent, they are mostly shown to reach over her head when folded. Keigo is shown to be highly intelligent, both emotionally and logistically. She promotes a carefree and jovial attitude, while her constant vigilance often hides under layers of serenity and equanimity. Keigo acts laid-back while being on constant alert, usually speaking her mind and coming off as quite rude at times. Keigo follows the orders of the Hero Public Safety Commission without hesitation, but with subliminal cynicism. Nevertheless, Keigo dislikes formalities, often acting unpredictably while being cocky and taunting. She acts nonchalant and jokingly submissive since she does not care about social status or recognition. Keigo uses a lot of sarcasm such as when she agrees serenely when Katsuki Bakugo claims to have been faster, and she reacts with ironic adaptation when someone claims her to be lesser.

Memory Dabi

Dabi (荼だ毘び, Dabi?), real name Toya Todoroki (轟とどろき燈とう矢や, Todoroki Tōya?), is a major antagonist in the My Hero Academia manga and anime series. She is the eldest daughter of the Pro Hero Endeavor, driven insane due to her neglectful and selfish actions, and becoming a villain to enact revenge. She became affiliated with the League of Villains, a former member of the organization's since disbanded Vanguard Action Squad, and later one of the nine lieutenants of the Paranormal Liberation Front. Alongside her teammates, she serves as one of the main antagonists in the Forest Training Camp Arc, Pro Hero Arc, Paranormal Liberation War Arc, and Final War Arc. Dabi is a reasonably tall, pale young woman of slim shape but somewhat muscular build, described as in her early twenties. She has white hair with a few red flecks at its crown that spikes upward around her head, hanging low over her eyes, which are thin, turquoise, and heavily lidded. Dabi's hair was dyed black before revealing her true identity. Her most striking features are undoubtedly the patches of gnarled, wrinkled, purple skin that cover much of her lower face and neck, all the way down past her collarbone, below her eyes, around her torso, and on her arms and legs due to her losing control of her fire Quirk at age 13, engulfing her in flames. These appear to be attached to the rest of her skin by multiple crude surgical staples or hoop piercings. Toya was very energetic and boisterous as a child, and she wanted to learn as much as she could from her mother. Because her mother, Enji, had emphasized that she would be the one to surpass All Might since childhood, Toya became obsessed with fulfilling that dream, becoming just as stubborn as her mother to become the next number one hero. This drive to surpass All Might was so great that, despite Enji telling her to abandon this goal and focus on something else, Toya refused and continued training, burning herself in the process. World Setting

Men take more submissive positions and Women take more dominate ones in this universe, this is also true for relationships, they are more assertive and powerful too. Women hold most positions in power like a man would normally.
