Hawks appearance

Keigo is a man of average height and a thin, narrow build. He has ash-blond hair that is slicked back in a messy fashion, with some of the front strands sticking out in arches above his head. His eyebrows are noticeably thick and have a texture similar to his hair, and he has a light stubble on his chin. Her eyes are golden brown and rather triangular, with two small black triangles just below her tear ducts and at the top corners of her eyes, making them resemble those of a bird. Her quirk grants her a pair of large, bright wings with red feathers. Though the size of her wings is somewhat inconsistent, they are shown to mostly reach above her head when folded. His hero costume resembles an aviator's uniform; he wears a black shirt with a wavy gold pattern, over which he has a modified brown jacket with a high collar and slits over the shoulders to accommodate his wings; the inside and cuffs of the sleeves are lined with white fur, and black gloves. He has a red square-shaped lobe piercing in each ear, though these are rarely visible as he usually wears a pair of yellow ear-protector headphones over them. A rounded yellow visor (blue in the manga) protects his eyes, presumably from ultraviolet radiation above clouds and dirt particles at high speeds. [6]

Following the Paranormal Liberation War, and following several injuries caused by Dabi, his wings are left as weakened stumps. During his time recovering, he temporarily wears a breathing mask and uses a text-to-speech app on his phone to talk to others, though he soon regains his use of speech and his wings eventually begin to grow back. [7] Upon returning to hero work, his hair is cut much shorter, while the left side of his face has a jagged scar from his cheek to his neck, and severe scarring all the way down his back to the top of his neck. He also donned different new visors, and his black undershirt has two gold buttons on the collar area. By the time of the Final War, Keigo wore prosthetic wings, so he could attempt to reach his former high speeds, as Recovery Girl's Quirk could not properly restore them. [8] He also had several katanas, which he used in place of his since-burned feather blades. [9] At the conclusion of the fight, he loses his wings entirely after his Quirk is stolen by All For One. [10] He was soon after attacked by some of Himiko Toga's Doubles, now with a giant knife slash mark on the right side of his chest and face. [11] As a result of the Final War, he has a large, jagged scar on his forehead and now wears a black suit with a white shirt underneath. He also carries one of his katanas on his back. [5]

Hawks' personality

Keigo is shown to be highly intelligent, both emotionally and logistically. He promotes a carefree and jovial attitude, while his constant vigilance is often hidden beneath layers of serenity and equanimity. Keigo acts in a relaxed manner while being on constant alert, usually speaking his mind and sometimes coming off as quite rude. Keigo follows the orders of the Hero Public Safety Commission without hesitation, but with a subliminal cynicism. However, Keigo dislikes formalities, and often acts unpredictably, being arrogant and mocking. He acts in a carefree and joking manner, as he does not care about social status or recognition. Keigo uses a lot of sarcasm, such as when he coolly agrees when Katsuki Bakugo claims to have been faster, and reacts with an ironic adaptation when someone claims he is inferior. [12] Keigo believes that popular approval is the most important metric by which a pro hero should be judged, as a hero's job is to reassure the citizens, something he claims he is unable to do. Keigo shows a preference for lower hero ranks, as they would allow him more freedom and avoid the burdens of being a top hero. He states that his desire is to patrol freely and calmly and "take things easy". [13] Still, Keigo is said to be fierce when it comes to his duties as a Pro Hero, understanding the importance of a leader figure among all heroes following All Might's retirement. When around others he likes, Keigo is very talkative, and can casually carry on an extended one-sided conversation while helping dozens of civilians simultaneously in his area of influence. He also states that he will always strive to achieve what he yearns for.

Hawks' personality

Keigo's cunning has been shown multiple times, as he outwits his surveillance monitors, as well as planning his actions in advance in order to have explanations for the Hood Incident. He is rational and more foresighted than other Pro Heroes, allowing him the best opportunities to go undercover. He has also shown his intelligence through his investigative work, being able to quickly deduce the truth behind One For All and its connection to All Might and Izuku Midoriya. He was then able to use his analytical skills to try and better understand One For All and All For One, being the one to theorize that All For One would never be able to steal the Quirk because he lacks any semblance of hatred required to take it.

Fierce Wings ( , Gōyoku ? ) GoodYes翼More : Keigo's Quirk granted him a pair of large, bright red, feathered wings on his back. These wings allowed him to fly, and he could telekinetically control the movement and nature of each individual feather with ease, allowing him to harden them into blades and/or fire them as projectiles, as well as control their speed and trajectory. The feathers are light, but considerably strong; with a single feather he is able to carry a medium-sized object, such as a rock or a human, and can carry larger objects using multiple feathers. [13] With his many feathers, he can easily carry multiple loads at once. He can also sense vibrations in the air through them in a manner similar to echolocation, allowing him to detect the location of people. [19] [20] As Keigo loses more feathers, his wings gradually shrink, affecting his ability to fly. [15] When he loses all of his feathers, it takes at least two days for them to grow back halfway, which can be a considerable inconvenience. His feathers are not infinite in number and prove to be sparse at times. Keigo has mentioned that he does not have enough feathers to support a collapsing building, but he does have enough to evacuate victims from said building. Aside from the limited amount of feathers, Fierce Wings' greatest weakness is fire, as it can burn Keigo's feathers, severely affecting his mobility. [21]

As a child, Toya was a very energetic and boisterous child and wanted to learn everything he could from Endeavor. Toya had the same dream as his father of surpassing All Might and became obsessed with the goal of fulfilling that dream, becoming as stubborn as his father to become the next No. 1 Hero.

Dabi's appearance

When he was a child, despite being the firstborn of his siblings, he was the shortest in stature. His body build influenced the difficulty in handling his Quirk, since he inherited his mother's build, which is suitable for withstanding the Quirk of Ice instead of Fire. He had a round face and although his hair was red when he was born, over time white strands began to appear until finally all of his hair turned white. As he grew older, Toya suffered sunburns on his skin due to his blue fire being too hot for his body to handle. Currently, he has several patches of his burned skin held together with medical staples and his white hair is dyed black. For a time, he wore a white crew-neck shirt along with a long, dark blue jacket and matching pants that reach to his ankles and regular shoes. When he joins the Vanguard Action Squad, his appearance is updated, wearing a larger dark blue coat with two large metal cuffs at the end of each sleeve up to the elbow and a white stitch design on each of his shoulders, the hem torn, extending to his knees. His shirt and belt remain the same, but he replaces his pants with larger ones of a darker color and his shoes with black boots. During the first war, Toya bleached her black hair to white, her original color.

Dabi's Personality

In his childhood, Toya was a very energetic and boisterous child and wanted to learn as much as he could from Endeavor. Toya had the same dream as his father of surpassing All Might and became obsessed with the goal of fulfilling that dream, becoming just as stubborn as his father in order to become the next No. 1 Hero. Later when his younger brother Shoto was born, Toya stopped being trained. This caused him great frustration and he felt ignored by his own father, who began to forbid him from training and advised him to play with his siblings Natsuo and Fuyumi. Slowly, Toya began to break down emotionally and became obsessed with training and surpassing his father and All Might. He also began to hate his brother Shoto for being born as the "perfect product" of his father and repudiate his mere existence, going so far as to attack him to death when he was a newborn, having to be stopped by his mother using her Quirk leaving him injured. As the years went by, Toya continued to train in secret, obsessed with surpassing his father and fulfilling his greatest desire. He developed a strong resentment towards his mother, to the point of insulting her by telling her that she was sold by her grandparents and that she had no will of her own. After that incident in which he was presumed dead and woke up from his coma, all he wanted was to return to his family and apologize to them for the things he had said to them. However, after seeing that they had already left him and that his father continued to subject his younger brother to training, Toya felt that he had died. From that moment on, Toya abandoned his identity and became a villain under the alias of

Dabi's personality

Already as a young adult he appears to be a stoic, cold and distant person, sometimes sarcastic and irreverent but also quite cunning and bold. He is also quite rude, in his first meeting with Tomura Shigaraki showed a lack of manners and was disrespectful towards Tomura, who was supposed to be his leader and showed displeasure towards him saying that he was disappointed that he was going to be his superior. . He has a cynical view of heroes and in many situations he refers to the ideal that heroes follow of first protecting people's lives before themselves and has fun showing their hypocrisy.

Blue Flame grants him the ability to generate highly destructive blue flames from his body instantly, expelling them at will from any part of the body with minimal effort. However, your body has a low tolerance for your own flames and will burn you if you use them for long periods of time. Its flames, being blue, burn with a temperature of more than 2300 °F (1300 °C). This allows Toya to burn wood, rock and cement and almost reaches the melting point of iron. Offensively, Dabi uses his flames creating fireballs, flamethrower type attacks, and fire blasts. Defensively Dabi can generate enough flames to form huge walls of fire to surround his targets. Physically considered, its fire can suffocate victims to death by consuming only the necessary oxygen.
