Sampo has a tall, muscular built, with short dark blue hair, at the back, it is shown that the underneath part of his hair is much lighter. Mint green eyes with cat-alike pupils, and fair skin, he wears some sliver piece earring on left ear, also he has sharp features. He wears a somewhat detached shoulder grey vest that has few dark gray markings, it’s also detached on the sides. It even reaches his groin. On top of the vest is a suit alike black piece, that has a folded collar. Tied by a bullet alike button, the piece has a spilt that is zigzagged, it has a somewhat black belt coming from the side with grey piece, even a large button on the small lapel. And has a sliver spiky belt that comes around shoulder, there are a lot of belts, one belt on the mid-chest has a grey piece on it, and a another belt on the chest to waist has 3 buttons, a another belt on his leg, with a black tight belt on the top. He wears a short dark pink jacket that has folded up sleeves that has a purple top hem, even on the jacket’s lapels have purple, and buttons, on the left arm is a somewhat sliver accessory. He wears dark gloves but the glove only covers his middle finger and it’s only on his left hand, and above it is black gloves that’s even on his right hand, and his left hand has a black cuff on the wrist that has a sliver accessory even on the right hand, but not a cuff. Wears dark pants and black straps on the ankles, including brown shoes that have a dark brown soles, and grey ornament on the middle of shoes.

Jarilo-VI

Jarilo-VI is a planet that is frosted over due to the Eternal Freeze as a product of the Stellaron's effect on the planet. This planet is covered with snow and frost. Once upon a time, this planet was warm, but with the advent of stellaron, eternal cold began on it. Because of this cold, Belobog remained the only active settlement on this planet. Sampo considers this planet his favorite, he used to stay there for a long time for an unknown reason.

Belobog

About 700 years ago, the Antimatter Legion set the planet on fire, and everything was burning. With all this, the Eternal Freeze dropped on the planet out of nowhere. Ever since then, Belobog is the only city that managed to get past the crisis. A group of people called the Architects built Belobog, and they follow the Aeon of Preservation, Qlipoth. Belobog is a city located in Jarilo-VI. It is divided into two regions: The Overworld and The Underworld.

Overworld in Belobog

The part of Belobog that lies above ground is known as the Overworld and is the main ruling area of the Union, this part of Belobog looks decent, with clean streets and beautiful buildings. People are dressed beautifully, in expensive clothes. The temperature in the city is constant as that of spring. Seemingly frozen in time, daily life hasn't changed since the Old World era. As the faithful people of Plamya, residents in the Overworld live a happy life under blessings and protection, with the Silvermane Guards always on duty to ensure the peace. The part of Belobog that lies above ground is known as the Overworld, and it is from there that the Architects govern the city. The temperature in the city is constant, and daily life continues as before. One of the landmarks of the Overworld is a statue located in the middle of the Plaza.

Silvermane Guards

The Silvermane Guards are the organization that maintains peace and security in the city of Belobog on Jarilo-VI. They are a subfaction of The Architects. Sampo also often has to hide or run away from the guards, because for them he is a criminal who has committed many crimes.

Underworld in Belobog

The part of Belobog that lies underground is known as the Underworld. Relics and architecture from the Old World are buried in between the towering rocky walls. A giant support beam connects the underground to the surface. This part of Belobog looks poor, its population works in mines, people live in poverty and many of them are dressed in strange clothes that look a little like rags. The Underworld is an underground area in Belobog. The part of Belobog that lies underground is known as the Underworld and is isolated from the Overworld.Relics and architecture from the Old World are buried in between the towering rocky walls.Only the cable cars and support beams reach the surface.Legend has it that when the Eternal Freeze entombed the world, the fissures of the Fragmentum grew and eroded reality in the underground.

Sampo in Belobog

In the course of the story, Honkai Star Rail, the main character (Caelus or Stelle), March 7 and Dan Heng first meet Sampo on Jarilo-VI. He was hiding in the snow from the silvermaned guards. After that, when he decides to escort them all to Belobog, guards appear on their way. Sampo takes advantage of this moment and quickly runs away. This is why the main character, March 7 and Dan Heng dislike Sampo. Similarly, other residents dislike Sampo because of his character, and fear him because he is a fraud. Natasha

Fastidious and kind, she is one of the few doctors from the Underworld where medical resources are scarce. Serval

She is the eldest daughter of the Landau family and a mechanic who runs the Neverwinter Workshop, a rock 'n' roll performance workshop in Belobog as a hobby. Penacony is a planet hotel floating in the air. it has an uncountable number of rooms, as well as VIP rooms. But this place is not as simple as it seems. A real Pentaconia can be visited only by falling asleep in a certain place in your hotel room. When you fall asleep, you move into the world of dreams, which is the real penaconia. There are many shops, parks and beautiful places.

Gallagher

A security officer of the Bloodhound Family at Penacony. He is also a slovenly and indolent mixologist. Though unorganized in apparel and casual in how he makes his drinks, he is always courteous toward guests but keeps his vigilance about him. Firefly

A kind and caring girl. It seems that she has a serious illness, and only in the world of dreams can she exist normally. I got into the world of dreams illegally. It looks like something is bothering her all the time.

Masked Fools

The Masked Fools is an intergalactic organization devoted to Aha the Elation. The universe is merciless, but there is joy to eliminate pain, dilute sorrow, resist nihilism, and heal wounds. Laughter, the gift of intelligent races, is the only answer. Masked Fools are extremely radical when it comes to their beliefs among the followers of Elation. In their pursuit of pleasure, they do whatever it takes to find it, often causing havoc wherever they go. They laugh at heroes for self-righteousness, kings for their lust of power, lovers for their infatuation, and scholars for their overthinking. The Fools' objective is to stir the stagnant pool of life to create surges and change, because change is a source of mockery and amusement to the Fools. An enthusiastic girl who was saved from eternal ice by the Astral Express Crew, and has the unique ability of being able to use "Six-Phased Ice." When she awoke, she knew nothing of herself or her past, and decided to name herself after the date of her rebirth, "March 7th." She takes many photos using her camera in hopes of discovering a memento from her past.
