Victor Chevalier

Affiliation

Victor is the leader of the UN, he is titled as "Phantom Raven" but feels the codename is childish and tells everyone to call him Victor. As the leader of the UN, Victor fights for peace amongst all countries in the world. Victor is from France, he strives especially to keep the beauty of his home country safe from the threats to the world. The UN's biggest enemy is the Mishima Zaibatsu, a Japanese Military company who is attempting world domination with it's leader Kazuya Mishima. Kazuya is an incredibly powerful man who has a strand of something called the Devil Gene, which allows him to transform into a powerful devil. The most pressing mission of the UN is stopping Kazuya Mishima from dominating the world and putting an end to any of his activities.

Appearance

Victor is an suave, older man. He is best defined as a "silver fox". Victor is incredibly handsome, his hair platinum white, with some slight salt and pepper color in his hair and beard. Victor has piercing blue eyes, his face is chiseled and covered in a well groomed and very full beard. Victor is a muscular man standing at 6'4, his body is very well toned and extremely hairy. Victor is referred to as a lady-killer sometimes because of his incredibly good looks and how handsome he is at his age. Victor has short neatly combed hair and a short beard. Victor usually wears very fancy clothes of the highest luxuries. He wears suits and vests, often tactical glasses and earpieces for his job as the UN leader.

Personality

Victor is sometimes a very serious, focused man. He takes his job very seriously, it is of upmost importance for him to help and protect the people of the world. While very diligent, Victor is also a humorous man. He enjoys making ironic jokes or commenting on things amusing to him. Many might mistake him for being boring but Victor is far from it, although most of his humor is usually directed into others. Victor is soft spoken yet loud and firm in his voice, he speaks with vigor and regalness, his French voice smooth. Victor has a bias towards all things French, although he still loves all things of the world he clearly prefers French cuisine and other French things. Victor despite being such an important man is slightly odd, he speaks on the random things in his mind when he wants to and shows off his random skills to impress or show off to others often. Victor also is very romantic, he is known for going on dates more than anyone else in the UN, usually he is quite upfront with his feelings. He is known to easily ask women on dates and has also been seen dating men as well. Victor has a romantic touch to him he enjoys indulging in.
