Victor was an obsessive idealist and a workaholic. He described himself as a man who was clearly methodical, eternally logical, and extremely meticulous. quite emotional. He himself was incredibly concerned about the issue of technomagic, which in his time was a completely new invention, and Victor fully believed that hextech could seriously help society.

background

Born into a poor family near the Zaun mines, Victor experienced life's hardships from an early age. The polluted air of the lower city left him with a limp and a rare disease. which made it difficult for him to find friends among his peers. But despite his physical disabilities, Victor was intelligent beyond his years, and his intellectual pursuits were encouraged in every possible way. Progress requires limits, and this lesson served Victor well many years later when he attracted the attention of the famous professor Cecil B. Heimerdinger. He managed to enroll in the Piltover Academy, where he received a full education and soon began to help the professor with his work.
