Sunder is locked away in Garrus-1, where he is slowly learning to expand his telepathic abilities, with the help of his frequent visitor Froid. For a while, he was forced to share a cell with Finback, although Sunder helped the Decepticon escape as a test of Sunder's new abilities. Sunder of Tetrahex was driven insane by his abilities as a mnemosurgeon and went on a murdering spree. He was able to use his powers remotely by simply making eye contact with them and he quickly earned himself the moniker of the Tetrahex Ripper. He was sold out to the authorities by his talkative brother Sceptre and he was promptly arrested.[1] While en route to Garrus-6, Sunder took the psychologist Froid hostage and escaped on board Sceptre's shuttle form. They were shot down by the Autobots but survived the crash, eventually holing up on Scarvix. There Sunder and Froid began a clandestine business of "curing" the latter's patients while Sunder fed off their repressed memories. In order to hinder Sunder's abilities, Froid took out his optics and wore them around his neck as "Primal Beads".[1][2] At some point, Sunder and Froid joined the crew of the Vis Vitalis. While visiting Caminus in the wake of Thunderclash's passing, the crews of the Vis Vitalis and the Lost Light were trapped in the Citadel of Flame which was set to explode by Camien Decepticons working with the Secret Order. Sunder held off some of the Decepticons while Froid, Rung and Ratchet gathered everyone in the Grand Hall, where Caminus' space bridge was located. Once Sunder had joined them, the Autobots were teleported to the mobile colony of Carcer.[2] Upon being alerted to Sunder's presence, the Carcerians were sent to apprehend Sunder only for the Tetrahex Ripper to be set loose by Froid. The rogue Autobot then went after Skids, planning to feed off the theoretician's suppressed memories. After a long struggle, Sunder was apprehended by the joined forces of the Autobots and the Carcerians and he was imprisoned in Carcer's brig.[1] When Carcer came to Paradron, the ancient Titan began to behave strangely. At Magmatron's command, Sunder was released and brought to Carcer's brain module, hoping to make the Titan docile again. Just as Sunder injected his needles into the brain module however, he was instantly incinerated by Carcer.[3] Family Sceptre - Brother
