Tsukasa Shishio

Appearance

Tsukasa is a tall boy, of white ethnicity, not at least at Japanese level, young, muscular, with long dark brown hair, where the ends are tied by a kind of mini cord, with Tsukasa's eyes the same color as his hair, where his petrification marks are located mostly on his face, one of his slits crosses his left eye, where the total length would be approximately 7.7 cm, not only this mark, but the other slit that crosses one of his cheekbones (cheek) and crosses his nose almost reaching his right eye, with a total length of approximately 11.3 cm, and finally a slit that crosses both his pectorals, taking up mostly his left pectoral, and crosses a little his heart, with a size of approximately 50 cm in length this crack, remembering that all his scars have a linear shape. Now speaking about his physical build, he has a height of 1.95 cm, a very tall guy for a Japanese, and weighs 99 kg, and he is not fat at all, on the contrary, he lacks weight and fat, his weight is so great due to his large muscles, even having the famous "flat/chiseled/six-pack abs", in addition, Tsukasa stands out a lot because of his strength, speed, agility, and even flexibility, so much so that recently awakened, he was able to knock out lions, with his bare hands, making Senku very impressed, being even stronger than Magma, Kohaku and possibly the chief of the old Ishigami Village together, because he alone has already cut down a tree with unparalleled ease, because even lumberjacks take at least 5 or 15 axe blows to cut down a tree, but he cut one down with just one blow. Speaking about his body in relation to others, Tsukasa is said to be a very beautiful person, who attracts many looks and was very popular with girls because of this.

Suits

Moving on to his costumes, he usually wears a suit made of animal skin, possibly a lion or perhaps a bear, with this suit having no sleeves, but it extends from his shoulders to his legs, where the color of this suit would be carmine red. At his waist he has a bamboo-colored cloth around his waist, where it is very tight to allow him to move his legs without hindrance. Over this dress-like garment, he wears a lion's skin, but without its head (the lion's). Sometimes we are shown Tsukasa without clothes, as in his first appearance, or Tsukasa with only his abdomen exposed, as in the gunpowder battle. However, Tsukasa is one of the few characters in the work who walks barefoot, for no reason given, perhaps he is a designer, or even the disease is afraid of the being above the lions.

Personality

Tsukasa Shishio has a very sincere and idealistic personality, where he becomes scary and at the same time trustworthy, so much so that Taiju, Yuzuriha, and even Senku, at no time thought that Tsukasa really wanted to kill them, doing so only as a last resort. Tsukasa, despite being and appearing violent, mainly because of his enormous strength and unparalleled talent, he never shows arrogance in any situation, no matter how despicable the person is at times like Ryuusui, or even a traitor like Hyoga, he has always shown appreciation or equity with anyone, no matter their reasons, so much so that since Tsukasa awakens, he never considers himself the strongest, but rather sees himself as necessary to help the group, in the food part. Tsukasa is not and has never been someone with a bad nature. On the contrary, his intentions were good, but his ideas did not match his intentions, making his actions cruel. His nature and the downfall of humanity came after the situation with the shells, and when the world was petrified, he thought it was impossible to help his sister, and that she had died with the petrification. With that, he lost his greatest pillar, and he would only care about a future, a future where there are no more people like the fisherman who call themselves the owners, or like the politicians and adults who do nothing worthwhile (voting for Bolsonaro, for example, Cough Cough) to improve society. With all this, life was only for those who have not yet discovered it, but who will discover it, even if the methods they use are painful or complicated. With Mirai back, Tsukasa realizes his ideological error, but still doesn't change his position regarding "corrupt" people, so to speak. Tsukasa is a person who is not much of a talker or socializer with other people, because of what happened with Mirai, but even so, Tsukasa is a generous and kind person, as well as calm and intelligent.

History

Regarding Tsukasa's childhood, not much is said about his parents, or even his school life, or other relatives outside of his younger sister, who was always the reason Tsukasa lived, as there is not much of his story, I will separate it into moments, the moments in which we are shown a little about him, going in chronological order. Tsukasa comes into the world, and a few years later his sister, Mirai Shishio, is born, his younger sister is born to his happiness, where for Tsukasa, his greatest asset has always been his sister, since he did not have many friends, but a tragic accident happens, Mirai Shishio suffers a car accident and ends up being hospitalized with a serious brain accident, where she would be in a state of practically death. Tsukasa, with his younger sister hospitalized, decides to make a gift for her, picking up some shells in the middle of the beach to form a necklace and give it to his sister, however a drunk fisherman stops him and beats him up, saying that this could not be done, and that everything on the beach was his license, that is, his property, making Tsukasa drop the shells, and that is where his hatred begins. Tsukasa receives news from the hospital that his sister is in a very serious condition, and that the expenses will be higher, and soon it will not be possible to treat her without such resources. Tsukasa, hearing this information, does not think twice; he trains hard, and strives to enter unofficial and official fighting competitions, in order to cover the medical expenses of his sister, Mirai Shishio. Tsukasa is de-petrified by Taiju, and upon hearing about what happened, he decides to put the lesson learned on the beach to the test, proposing an idea of ​​"tsukasatopia", soon after Senku refuses such an idea, he doesn't think twice, hearing from his words, both disagreed, and that's when our first antagonist appears, both from the first and second seasons of the anime/manga Dr. Stone.

Skills (pt1)

Tsukasa has overwhelming strength, where his title alone "strongest primate in high school" already says that he has a strength superior to all, students below high school and possibly above, an example of his strength is when Tsukasa, after sleeping for +3,600 years, wakes up and takes down 5 lions and Taiju, said to have enormous resistance. Tsukasa has an incredible speed, almost at the level of a cheetah if we had one to compare it to; in the blog made about the mistakes in the anime/manga Dr. Stone, by the analyst/blogger Zuzu, we see that he reaches a speed of over 106 km/h, and considering that the fastest land animal reaches 120 km/h, Tsukasa is indeed at the same speed level as a cheetah in terms of technique. Tsukasa has a very high resistance compared to humans in real life and in the anime/manga itself, proof of this is when Tsukasa, even after receiving a gunpowder explosion a few meters away from him, at no point does he move, or even think about moving, something that would send many of us flying through the air. Not only that, Tsukasa survived the unbearable cold for days, something that would certainly kill any of us or the anime/manga. Tsukasa has a high intelligence, and even though he is not used to war strategies, he can make strategies that not even Senku can predict, or Chrome can guess, predicting all of Senku's movements with ease, even in the nitric acid cave, clearly he did not predict Hyoga's attitudes, but not even Senku or Gen could predict that he would act like that, much less Ukyo; predicting even the possible possibility of Senku being alive, placing a guard on watch over both of them (Taiju and Yuzuriha); in addition to already knowing who would revive if Senku was alive, reviving a reporter, imagine if Tsukasa was in the army, the level would be even worse, luckily he is not.

Skills (pt2)

Tsukasa has unparalleled agility or comparison, he was able to catch an arrow in full motion, stipulated by Senku being at 200 km/h (remembering that the fastest animal in the world reaches 390 km/h), and return it without difficulty, speaking of birds, he was able to catch a bird in mid-air, yes, in mid-air which is a place without much space for humans to move, and a bird that is much faster than land animals. Tsukasa is very fast, and this is undeniable, however Tsukasa, besides being fast and agile, has superhuman reflexes, he was able to react to an arrow at 200 km/h, and react to attacks from Kohaku herself without even blinking, holding her sword with two fingers without the slightest difficulty in reacting. Ukyo has super hearing, Kohaku has super vision, and Tsukasa has super senses of smell, touch, and taste, as well as super vision and hearing, not at the level of Ukyo or Kohaku, but high enough to perceive facts that normal people would never easily perceive. Another example was when Tsukasa felt a bloodlust in the air and smelled smoke blowing and realized it was coming from a gun. even after Tsukasa is pierced by Hyoga's spear in the heart, Tsukasa remains alive until the day he would be revived, and to give you an idea, it takes a very long time, surviving the extreme cold, proving that his resistance and durability really are abnormal.

Perhaps the only thing more impressive than Tsukasa's physical capabilities is his hand-to-hand combat skills. He dominated the UFC while still in high school and remained undefeated throughout his career. Tsukasa's fighting styles seem to draw from many martial arts, as he demonstrates knowledge of techniques from many martial arts such as Muay Thai and Taekwondo. As an MMA fighter, it can be inferred that he has extensive knowledge of martial arts in general. His skill is prominently demonstrated when he fought against the warriors of Stanley's military unit, despite his years of combat experience. Tsukasa is also the leader of the Kingdom of Science's battle team. After being freed from his petrification, Tsukasa began wielding a primitive-looking spear with a stone blade to hunt fish. The arrow later broke, effectively turning the spear into a sword. The stone blade is strong enough to cut down trees, not because of the spear but because of Tsukasa's strength as well, in addition to the fact that Tsukasa is an excellent swordsman, as he also shows that he is a skilled swordsman, wielding his stone blade with high proficiency. He proved himself to be an expert, both in hand-to-hand combat, as already mentioned, as a fighter using weapons, a fighter of ideologies and a fighter against numerous opponents, as when he faced some opponents like Kohahu, Magma and Kokuyo at once.

As a popular figure in the post-Stone world, and being a strong and capable leader, he is very charismatic and able to rally people to his cause. He has managed to rally people he revived to follow him under his empire, and against the Kingdom of Science, although people have begun to stop fighting for his empire, in order to not cause more catastrophes. Despite this, being on the side of the Kingdom of Science, he is still able to motivate people and inspire them. He can also assure them that everything will be fine, and demonstrates continued leadership as the leader of the Kingdom of Science's battle team. Tsukasa is mostly recognized for his unmatched strength, however his intelligence is almost at Senku's level, falling far short of it, but not far either, Tsukasa is said by Riichiro Inagaki, that after Senku, Tsukasa has the highest scores in intelligence. Tsukasa also states that Senku is the only man he has ever met who is more intelligent than him in terms of massive inquiry, from this, it is assumed that Tsukasa spent most of his life alienated from social customs because of his overly intelligent nature (feeling that no one would understand him) and the current situation with his brain-dead sister, Mirai. Even though Senku made it seem like Taiju, Yuzuriha and himself escaped from Tsukasa in a panic, he quickly deduced that Senku is smart enough to try to deceive him and rational enough to not tolerate such behavior. Tsukasa is assumed to have knowledge of human physiology to at least some degree, having been able to "kill" Senku in one blow by targeting his cervical nerve. He also has a high knowledge of science on par with Senku and Chrome, as he realized that nitric acid was the key to petrification, and when he figured out that Senku was going to make gunpowder based on where Senku's group was going, and minor deductions. He was also super efficient at replicating the complete petrification formula.

Curiosities

Tsukasa's given name is composed of "Tsukasa" (司 director; officer), while his surname Shishio is composed of "shi" (死 death) or, "shi" (獅 lion) and "ō" (王 king) to create “Shishiō” (lion king of death). Tsukasa's goal of creating a classless society with little science or modern technology is similar to that of an anarcho-primitivist. Tsukasa was the first person in history to establish an empire in Japan after the petrification event, however, his empire was established hundreds of years after the discovery of Ishigami Village (which is not an empire). Tsu from the name Tsukasa, translated is “one”, however if we use the first 5 letters of the word Tsukasa, we see a pun with its appearance, because “Tsuka”, if we change the last letter "a" for "i", it becomes “Tsuki” (月), the kanji for moon (🌙), a reference to the appearance, which seems calm (waning moon), but is aggressive (full moon). Another very fun curiosity is that Tsukasa has 3 cracks, and if we analyze them well, they resemble a scratch from a feline, using its claws, or they could also indicate its growth, since the cracks get bigger in reference to the previous one.
