Appearance

Hyoga is a tall, fairly heavyset man with light hair. While he claims to share Tsukasa's values, namely reviving youth and creating a community where no one takes advantage of others, Hyoga is an elitist who believes in Social Darwinism. He classifies humans as enlightened (or strong) and unenlightened (or weak). He believes that the "incompetent, mindless masses" should not be allowed to live and that only those who excel should be allowed to live in the world. Hyoga is arguably the second strongest human in the series, surpassed only by Tsukasa.
