Appearance

Cecilia has white long hair and blue eyes. In her battlesuit, she wears a horn-like hairpin on her head along with a yellow and black cape with the Schicksal logo on it, yellow, black and white clothes, a black armband, black gloves, a yellow belt, black shorts and black and yellow thigh high boots.

Personality

Cecilia has a caring and selfless personality, willing to risk her life to save survivors from a Honkai outbreak and sacrificing herself to save those dear to her. She is also sweet and innocent, trying to see the good in people and never giving up hope when it comes to fighting for the better, and cautious whenever she gets into a fight.

History

Cecilia, in her role as an A rank Valkyrie, was known to be sad and withdrawn. When he was on a mission trip with Patricia and Lixue, they were attacked by Welt Yang. Despite the attack, they survived and prepared to fight. Cecilia was thrown and was unconscious, then was helped by Siegfried and brought to her house. When she wakes up, Cecilia meets Siegfried and he gives her the soup he made, even though the soup is cold and sour, Cecilia still eats it. Cecilia asked about Patricia and Lixue, but Siegfried was unsure. Siegfried offers Cecilia to stay at his house, but Cecilia refuses because she has to return to Schicksal's headquarters. Siegfried offers to drive her on his motorbike, and Cecilia initially refuses but later accepts his offer. They visit town, play in the arcades, and enjoy their time together. Cecilia beats Siegfried in various games and the two fall in love. After playing, they had dinner and Cecilia liked the food that was served. Cecilia said that she felt happy the last two days and promised to cherish the moment. Siegfried offers to take Cecilia elsewhere in the future, but Cecilia refuses due to her duties at headquarters. However, Cecilia remembered about Otto and Theresa Apocalypse's ban on her. In the end, Cecilia broke down in tears and decided to leave. Before leaving, Cecilia wants to get some toys from the classic machine in the arcade and promises to be back for a movie with Siegfried. However, he was later taken in by Lieserl Einstein and passed out after being exposed to sleeping gas. After being freed, Cecilia returns to find the unconscious, but still alive, Siegfried and protects him. Otto appears and orders Cecilia to return to base. Cecilia leaves and two years later, she is training when she reunites with Siegfried at headquarters. They meet each other happily and kiss.

History

Cecilia was introduced sitting next to Theresa on a bench, to thank her for letting her daughter, Kiana Kaslana, have fun. Cecilia suggests Theresa to come over to her house and try her husband Siegfried's cooking, but Theresa refuses out of fear. Later, while her husband was on a mission, Cecilia came home from shopping and met Otto pretending to be a child. Even though she didn't recognize Otto, Cecilia took him to her house anyway and let her play with her daughters while she prepared food for them. Furthermore, when her husband was about to leave for the moon, Cecilia called him on a video call with Kiana in her arms. After her daughter finished talking to her husband, Cecilia let Kiana play and told Siegfried that she was worried for him. Cecilia is seen as a memory fragment behind Siegfried to cheer him up and says that she will stay with him. As Siegfried glides to the moon, Cecilia is seen with Kiana in her arms watching him fly into space. On another date, Cecilia calls Lixue by phone and thanks her for protecting Shub-Niggurath. After the call ended, Cecilia told Kiana to sleep so her father could come home soon, and after leaving her to sleep in her room, Cecilia ran into Amber who called her to prepare for the second war. During the war preparations, Cecilia meets Niggurath during his training and challenges him to fight. After a fight in which Niggurath doesn't manage to carry out his attacks, and Cecilia knocks him out, Niggurath cries because he doesn't feel strong enough, but Cecilia reassures him. Cecilia then joins the war and fights Avrora. After jumping off the ship and killing Avrora, Cecilia asks Kira to take her. Next, Cecilia led an S-1 formation consisting of 212 Valkyries from the Africa and Oceania branches to search for the 2nd Herrscher. He saved Cocolia and killed the Beast that attacked her. Cecilia led her troops in Siberia and then arrived in the Southern Siberian Plains. While fighting there, Cecilia is trapped in an illusion and sees Kiana growing into a teenager and celebrating her birthday. She also sees Siegfried buying Kiana a video game console despite her bad exam results, much to Cecilia's dismay. Cecilia also meets Sirin in the illusion and invites her to Kiana's birthday party. After that, they go shopping together and then there is an explosion at the mall. Cecilia protects Sirin from the broken glass and tells her "Ich liebe dich". There is a series of other events, including the war against Sirin, the destruction of the mall, the final fight against Sirin, and finally, Cecilia sacrifices herself to stop Sirin and dies in a nuclear explosion.

Honkai

The Honkai is a reoccurring cataclysm coming in different forms such as: Honkai Beasts, plagues, an ice age, illness, etc. for the sole purpose of exterminating civilization. Honkai corresponds with that civilization's advancement, meaning the more it progresses, the more Honkai does as well. The force behind Honkai is the Will of Honkai. In the more grand scheme of things, Honkai is a form of natural selection, “pruning” weak worlds from the branches of the Imaginary tree, to ensure that only strong worlds survive. One of Honkai attempt is Honkai Radiation, also known as the Honkai Sickness, is a fatal disease with 100% mortality rate that has only one cure. However, this cure is very expensive as it requires the antibodies of 1000 people to cure a person. So far, the only known people who have received it are Su and his mentor. Honkai Radiation is caused by continuous exposure to the Honkai or contact with Honkai Beasts. Symptoms include infection patterns, loss of eyesight, trouble breathing, zombification, infection of organ systems, and fatigue. Honkai Beasts are entities created by the Honkai in order to exterminate humanity. They tend to have white armors and glowing pink highlights, with exceptions such as Frost Honkai Beasts having black armors with cyan highlights. Honkai Beasts are divided by classes depending on their destructive power. The Honkai attempts to control certain individuals, and creates Herrschers with them as its hosts. With these hosts, Honkai attempts to end civilization as usual, but with much more deadly consequences due to the cores formed in the process. If successful, Herrschers have a way bigger capacity of Honkai energy. With this capacity, they have more chance of causing destruction on the highest scale. It has been shown that Herrschers can destroy whole continents, some simply due to their Eruption by itself.

Herrschers

Sirin proclaiming Herrschers as "The Holy Seraphs of GOD". Herrschers (Chinese: 律者) are imaginary entities whose main purpose is to destroy humanity. As Honkai evolves alongside humanity, even the birth of a Herrscher isn't following conventional standards. They can be born inside humans with high Honkai resistance and adaptability, acting as their "2nd persona", taking over the host's body during any moment of weakness - until they take full control. A human can become corrupted enough by Honkai and hatred towards other humans to become a Herrscher, gaining the ability to connect to the Will of Honkai. A soul-less body can also become a Herrscher host as long as it's alive. In their pursuit of the destruction of humanity, Herrschers will display an immense amount of power, enough to surpass even S-rank Valkyries, and unique abilities that are dependent on their cores or gems.
