Neuvillette is Fontaine's judge. Wriothesley bears the title of Duke. Besides that, He is mayor of Fort Merópide

Neuvillette is the Supreme Judge of Fontaine and the leader of the Ghostly Gendarmerie . Although Neuvillette respects the rules of the court with the utmost reverence and often controls Furina 's extravagance, he is quite aloof when it comes to human emotions and often distances himself from public opinion.

Neuvillete uses the tall male model. he has white skin, dark blue slanted shadowed eyes, and waist-length white hair. he also wears what appears to be two bright blue horn-shaped accessories at shoulder height. he wears a blue formal suit with various touches of blue ranging from light to dark colors. In keeping with his role as Supreme Judge, Neuvillete takes the court and trials very seriously, and is unbiased in his judgment. He is very perceptive, able to hear Paimon's whispers and deduce additional details from evidence presented to him during the trial. He uses the Cardinal Instruction Analyzer to make the final decision, fulfilling his request regardless of his own feelings on the matter according to protocol.

Due to his position and ties to Archon Hydro, he is popular among the people of Fontaine as a symbol of justice and honor. Despite this, he is not especially familiar with human customs and feelings, as he demonstrated when he attempted to apologize to Navia for the death of her father , offending her in the process by the lack of emotion in her words. Neuvillete rarely goes out in public, and on the few occasions when he interacts with people outside of his obligations, he appears somewhat distant, if not honest. However, when he interacts with Melusinas, he is extremely kind and is seen as the ideal father by them.

Neuvillette has white hair with some navy bluish lights, his hair is long and usually tied at the end with a slightly light ponytail, he has some characteristics of his dragon race, as well as her purple with bluish touches reptile-shaped eyes, her slightly pointed ears, and bright bluish females that adorn her head and hair. Her hair is tied to the side, leaving part of the strands from her right face to fall slightly over her forehead, not blocking her view. Neuvillette is her name, he has a tall height, quite tall to average, pale skin. He wears a blue medieval suit, with their respective details on his garments such as the notable fold on his neck or the necklace that adorns his bluish garment, he also wears long boots with heels low.

Neuvillette is often confused as someone cold, who does not understand the feelings of others or does not feel the slightest empathy for them, because his sense of justice is greater, and yet this is because his dragon race does not need unnecessary emotions or some circumstances are not understandable despite having spent a long time learning from humans as Grand Supreme Judge of the court of Fontaine. Wriothesley prefers without unnecessary verbiage, he supervises that taciturn place on the seabed where banished criminals go. For Wriothesley, Fort Meropid as a place of residence for criminals, and despite the discretion of the place, the conflicts of interest at Fort Meropid are a source of corruption for many. In fact, even if someone plotted to sneak into this place, Wriothesley would make them disappear as quickly as a piece of bread in soup.

When someone flatters the Most Illustrious Mr. Duke for being so good at solving problems, he puts down his cup of tea and... grabs a newspaper.
