Dust!Sans - appearance

a rather low and "big-boned" skeleton, whose hands very much resemble mittens. He can always be seen with a wide toothy smile on his face. Sans wears an unbuttoned blue jacket with a gray hood and a white T-shirt underneath, black shorts that have one vertical white stripe and a pair of white slippers. his face was covered by the gray hood of his jacket, only a creepy smile was visible. sometimes you can see the pupil in the right eye socket - a red border, inside which the pupil is blue. in the left eye socket, the pupil is red. his jacket is covered with the ashes of slain monsters.

Killer!Sans - appearance

Dust!Sans - personality

The dust is seen by the ghost of a deceased brother named Papyrus (also a skeleton, but he has unnaturally elongated limbs), outwardly looking like his head, under which a red slightly torn cloak flutters, and hands in red gloves float in the air. Dust is also quite an aggressive personality, but in his normal state he is quite calm, likes to joke and talk to the ghost of his brother, whom only he sees. in fact, the ghost does not exist, and these are hallucinations from Dust!Sansa's character ghost brother is similar to the personality of Dust! Sansa, but more violent.

Killer!Sans - personality

The killer has a clouded mind, eager to kill or hurt others because it gives him pleasure. His soul is defective - it represents something like a target from the side of the heart (if he has one at all). This is the result of the perfect balance of the monster's soul and the human soul (the inverted and ordinary heart compensated for each other). It has 4 states: the first - the soul looks like the soul of a monster, but red in color and with edging, the Color can switch it to this mode; the second - the soul slowly rotates in the form of a target; the third - the soul becomes a solid muddy spot rotating at great speed (at this moment it no longer pulsates like if the heart stopped), Nightmer is able to switch the soul to this mode. The fourth state is a kind of "berserk mode" in which the Killer is absolutely uncontrollable, and the hatred from his eyes becomes almost continuous [11]. Interestingly, although the Killer's soul was combined with Chara's soul, there is no Chara's mind in the Killer, only memories of her. Most of the time Killer!Sans is in the "second" state. During it, the Killer is unpredictable, plays on the emotions of his victims, and is also very cruel: he calmly kills others without feeling guilty. A black liquid begins to flow from his eyes, which is a huge amount of determination, and the pupils disappear. Occasionally, the Killer goes into the first state: during it, the Killer can feel some kind of emotions, is calm and predictable, and his "tears" disappear. In the third state, the Killer is furious and attacks everyone. Sometimes the Killer begins to feel guilty for himself, but calms himself down by the fact that others will forget everything. Sometimes the Killer remembers about the death of Papyrus, for which he blames himself. Also, a part of his soul does not want all this and wants to return friends and family. he likes to flirt as a joke.

Horror!Sans - personality

After the incident with Undyne, when she pierced his skull, he forgot part of Frisk's adventures in the underground. he is unpredictable and quite cruel, although he always helps and protects his village. he didn't eat for 7 years, giving all the food to Snowdin, which is why he almost ate Aliza, who was almost fried alive earlier. he may have sudden mood swings, and at the mention of Gaster, he will kill. sells hot dogs. It's not safe to approach him if his brother isn't around. Instead of a fart pillow, he uses a thorn, piercing a person's palm until it bleeds. It will not harm a person as long as he is interested in him and is at a sufficient distance from him

Nightmare - appearance

Nightmare - personality

Nightmer is strongly attracted to negative emotions and he will do everything to get them as much as possible, that is, killing victims does not make sense for him, since without them there will be no negative emotions he needs. However, he kills those who violate the contract with him, or forces him to remember what he was in the past, before corruption, or when he is exasperated (although in this case he will still try to make his victim suffer and experience the deepest negative emotions, like doom, despair or others similar emotions). Nightmer never lies, he only hides the truth. He takes the deals close enough to his heart, which is why he kills those who violate them without question. in a way, he can "sympathize" with those who have a similar fate to himself - rejected and mocked outcasts of society. Seeing such scenes, Nightmer falls into a wild rage and kills everyone without hesitation who mocks the likes of him in the past. This is the only manifestation of his weakness and fear, although he tries to deny it, despite the fact that fear is also considered a negative emotion. Unlike Dream, Nightmer is very well-read and intelligent, since for 500 years he had the opportunity to study information and travel through the multiverse, spreading his negativity. Because of this, Nightmer behaves like a fully grown character (we can say that he is an older brother in relation to the Dream). Before he became like this, Nightmer was quite a brash and very confident brother. He always wanted to learn something new, even if it was something dangerous or not very good for a variety of purposes. This habit has also been passed on to the current Nightmer, since from time to time he reads books. he has a brother named Dream, with whom he is feuding

Nightmare past

As a child, Nightmer took care of his brother, his homeland and the tree that gave them life. Together with his brother Dream, he guarded the Tree as a Guardian. Over time, people came from all over the world to get only one golden fruit from his brother. But no one took apples from the side of Nightmer. Who wants to feel bad? And soon many began to sidestep him. "He is strange", "His name means something bad", "He guards the dark side of the Tree of Feelings" - some people whispered. They began to hate Nightmer more and more, throwing everything at him. With some bruises, he told his brother that he had tripped. Those who felt sorry for him switched to a different opinion, starting to hate him too. After a while, he tried to prove to everyone that he was not bad, that he could take care of his brother's golden fruits by trying to touch the fruits from the Bright side. But at his touch, the golden apples turned into dark ones, similar to those that grew on his side due to the fact that Nightmer felt fear and oppression. All the golden fruits turned black, the foliage from the Tree fell off, and the sky turned scarlet. Dream saw it all. Meanwhile, humans and monsters were advancing, feeling hatred. Now, because of him, they will no longer be able to receive happiness. Dream tried to stop them, but he was literally trampled. And suddenly someone's voice ordered Nightmer to eat all the fruits. This voice did not sound like the voice of the spirit of the Tree of Feelings, but rather the opposite, as if someone else was standing behind him giving these tips. While he was devouring the dark fruits, his eye sockets filled with darkness, cracks passed through his body. Soon, he vomited black slime, and tentacles pierced his ribs. After a while, a black monster stood in place of the guardian. For a while there was a deathly silence, but soon, it was broken by the sound of tentacles whistling in the air, which, likeblades, cut everyone in their path. This is an incomplete story about how he became the way we know him now.

Dust!Sans - abilities

Nightmare - abilities

Nightmer is strong enough, and can, albeit temporarily, force his brother Dream to retreat from battle. His aura can affect the entire universe in which he is located, and many others close enough. He doesn't need to move a lot to spread negativity, and he only does it to find people to torment. He can turn into a puddle and move around without being noticed. He is able to teleport through the darkness. A nightmer can only visit AU with negative emotions, such as Negatale. He uses bad emotions to manipulate people. He can change his shape, but usually maintains the shape of Sansa because it is convenient for him. He is also able to split himself in half to force several of himself to perform different actions. As one of the animated excerpts from Joku shows, he can also absorb his slime into the ground, turning a large area into darkness[5]. He uses his tentacles to fight and intimidate enemies. The black slime that surrounds him is an extremely powerful shield, making him invulnerable to most things; if he were pierced with something, his body would absorb it, and there would be no damage. This applies not only to the physical, but also to the magical. Positive is his main weakness, which only Dream can use. This is the only way to defeat Nightmer. Light is one of his weaknesses. If you light up a dark area, he may get injured. He is also completely unable to enter into positive AU, such as Haventale. A similar thing happens to a Dream in Horrortale. Since he only has one eye to see, he has a blind spot.
