Hirotsu Ryuro, 68 years old, height 176

Hirotsu is a middle-aged man with either grey or white hair slicked back, thin eyebrows and mustache, and a short goatee. He always wears a monocle over his right eye. He dresses in a long, black coat over a white shirt with a black bow tie. He also wears pants and shoes of the same color. Underneath the aforementioned coat, he wears a very long dirty brown scarf and also wears white gloves everywhere he is seen. The ability Withering Camellia Touch can throw opponents back with great force. With his ability, Hirotsu not only throws objects and opponents back, but also breaks and destroys them. Hirotsu's ability only works on opposing objects that he touches with his right hand. His politeness is not only reserved for workers and the public, he also shows it to his enemies. However, Hirotsu also displays cruel behavior despite his gentlemanly manners, and is rude to both his enemies and colleagues. This is best shown when he and the two Black Lizard commanders bullied Higuchi. He appears to be a diligent individual, always doing a good job and celebrating with cigarettes, claiming that they taste exceptionally good. He criticizes slowness and bad behavior, which proves that he is a punctual and serious person. Despite his cruelty, he can also be caring. This is proven when he and the Black Lizards come to warn Higuchi and then help her. Hirotsu claims that the impulsiveness that comes from young people is justified, showing that he is a patient and understanding person. He mentions that he was very stubborn in his youth.

Gin Akutagawa Akutagawa's sister, 15 years old, height 150

Gin is a short woman with pale skin, dark grey eyes, and long black hair. When at work, she keeps her hair in a spiky bun, leaving one strand of hair loose. Most of her hair falls on the right side of her face, while a strand falls in the middle. Gin wears a grey short-sleeved shirt, black pants, and black heeled boots. Over the shirt, she wears a long, flared black coat, under which she wears an outfit consisting of a long black hooded cape with frayed trim. The right sleeve, held by a black ribbon at the bicep, is long with an extended portion with frayed trim, while the left sleeve appears to be torn off, exposing her arm. She wears reddish-grey gloves that reach just above her elbows. The right glove is full while the left glove is fingerless. Additionally, she also wears a black choker with a white cross on it and a white mask that covers her nose and mouth. Her casual attire is much more feminine. She leaves her hair completely loose, revealing it to be silky and slightly wavy, past her waist. She wears a light knee-length dress, black stockings, heels, and a stylish button-up coat. Gin also carries a handbag. Many say that she is a very beautiful girl. Gin does not have any supernatural powers, but is a professional assassin, a master of quick and silent attacks, and is proficient with various knives and daggers. She has very high agility and speed, allowing her to instantly hide her presence and deliver lightning-fast strikes, although she is inferior in this to Fukuzawa Yukichi. Gin is silent and secretive. She is described by Tachihara as being able to sneak up behind someone and slit their throat in an instant. This was demonstrated when she snuck up behind Higuchi and held a knife to her throat before she could notice. Gin is also loyal to the mafia and is not below going head to head with someone who goes against orders, as seen when she provoked Tachihara into attempting to carry out

Morey Ohio, 40 years old, height 189

Mori is a man in his 40s with a fairly tall and slender build. His purple eyes, like the Mafia Boss, are almost always completely dark and lacking in "sparkle", and his gaze always seems tired. He has a strange pattern on his pupils. He has straight, black hair that is below his chin length, combed back and tied in a ponytail. And only two strands frame his face on either side along his cheekbones. Mori Ougai initially debuts as an ordinary, somewhat clumsy and worried middle-aged man, who is most often worried about Alice's appearance and health. However, he later shows his true character, maintaining complete calm and composure at a time when the others, locked in Anna's room, simply ran away. Mori, on the other hand, stayed with Atsushi and Tanizaki even when the latter was captured. The Mafia Boss demonstrates his genius in formulating strategies that come true exactly. Aside from this, he is presented as a cruel and ruthless man who is capable of instilling fear into his enemies. Despite this, Ogai works well with Atsushi, even giving him an idea on how to deal with Lucy's ability. An ability that allows Mori to summon and "customize" Alice's personality in any way he wishes. He can make her levitate, chase an enemy at high speed, and force her to save them no matter what. He can summon Alice at will and have her attack his enemies with a large piece of medical equipment that resembles a giant syringe.[3]

Higuchi Ichiyo, height 159, 20 years old

Higuchi is a short young woman in her 20s. She has shoulder-length blond hair that she usually wears in a small bun and dark brown eyes. She wears a classic black suit, leaving the jacket wide open. The suit also includes black sunglasses and brown shoes. Under the jacket, she wears a classic white shirt with a V-neck at the bottom. During her first appearance at the Agency, Higuchi was dressed more elegantly. She wore her hair down, her jacket buttoned up completely, and carried a woman's shoulder bag. Higuchi has an unknown ability that she herself is not aware of. However, she is good at using firearms. She also has good organizational skills, allowing her, as Akutagawa's assistant, to give orders to the "Black Lizards". As a member of the Mafia, Higuchi is ruthless and does not shy away from eliminating her targets. When faced with an enemy, she acts distant, often stern and serious, and shows little sympathy towards them.[3][4] She does not tolerate disrespect and hates those who underestimate the Port Mafia. Higuchi's personality, as noted by her Boss and herself, is not well suited to work in the Port Mafia. Underneath her tough exterior is a rather sensitive nature that is quick to question herself. Ichiyo even considered leaving the Mafia several times. As a result, her subordinates rarely show her respect, and many follow her orders out of fear of Akutagawa's wrath. However, Ichiyo's impulsive spirit prompts her to take drastic measures, sometimes contradicting orders.

Chuya Nakahara, 22 years old, height 160

Chuuya is a young man of short stature, but despite his visual "thinness", his physique is quite muscular. He has large, brown (gray-blue in the anime adaptation) eyes, bright red hair, Chuuya's hair has become significantly longer. He braided it into a short ponytail, presumably with a dark (in some arts, light) elastic band. At the same time, he continued to style his bangs on the right side. Around his neck he wore a black choker necklace with a gold-colored metal buckle. He wore a white, classic shirt, but did not fasten the first two buttons at the throat. On top of that, he wore a classic suit of dark gray, closer to black, color with loose-fitting trousers. Nakahara fastened his jacket with two buttons. In the breast pocket on the right side were sunglasses. Chuuya always rolled up the sleeves of his shirt and jacket so that his wrists were visible. He wore a black belt. His footwear was classic black boots with a slightly pointed end. He complemented his outfit with black leather gloves. At first glance, Chuuya seems to be a temperamental, rather arrogant, and sometimes rude person. He enjoys fighting and is happy to have the opportunity to demonstrate his fighting abilities, and is also very proud of his reputation as the strongest martial artist of the Port Mafia. Mocking remarks are combined with his pride, as he is not afraid to ridicule his opponents in the middle of a fight. As befits a member of the Executive Committee, he does not hesitate to eliminate the enemies of the Port Mafia by any means necessary, including murder. However, Chuuya's tactics are nowhere near as deadly and dangerous, and differs from the tactics of such Port Mafia members as Ryunosuke Akutagawa or the Black Lizard group. Akutagawa Ryunosuke, 17 years old, height 172

Akutagawa has a slender build and very pale skin. He often covers his face with his hand because he coughs. He has short, black hair. Two longer strands frame his face on the sides. Near the tips, the black changes to a dirty white color. His bangs are short and almost completely reveal his forehead. Akutagawa has deep-set, narrow eyes. He rarely smiles, which gives the impression of a perpetually gloomy person. Akutagawa Ryunosuke. Port Mafia He wears a long shirt with three layers towards the bottom, which he wears over tapered black trousers. Each layer is cut wide, creating a "valan" effect. He wears a white jabot over the neck of the shirt. The sleeves of the shirt are lacy and are visible from under the sleeves of a long black coat with a high, standing collar, which Akutagawa wears over it. Due to the fact that Akutagawa does not tie a belt, it constantly hangs down the back and sides. On his feet, he wears black, classic low-heeled shoes. Akutagawa holds a peculiar "survival of the fittest" worldview, claiming that weak people must die and make way for the stronger. He does not fear pain or defeat, just to hear the word from "a certain person". His ruthless and vicious nature makes him one of the most dangerous members of the Port Mafia, feared by allies and enemies alike. Much of the obedience from the Black Lizard subordinates stems largely from fear of his fiery temper and general intolerance of incompetence. The self-titled "Dog" of the Port Mafia, Akutagawa demonstrates a willingness to carry out brutal orders and assignments. Rashomon is Ryunosuke Akutagawa's ability to transform his cloak, as well as any other clothing, into space-devouring matter. In addition to cutting space, Rashomon's strips of cloth can turn into extremely sharp blades that can be used to block blows and then capture the target. As brutal as he is, he generally maintains a reserved demeanor.
