Port Mafia

Mori Ogai.

Mori is a man in his 40s, fairly tall and slim. His purple eyes, like a Mafia Boss, are almost always completely dark and lacking in "sparkle", and his gaze always seems tired. He has a strange pattern on his pupils. He has straight, black hair that is below his chin length, combed back and tied in a ponytail. And only two strands frame his face on either side along the cheekbones. The Mafia Boss demonstrates his genius in coming up with strategies that come true to the letter. He is also shown to be a cruel and ruthless man who is capable of instilling fear in his enemies. However, his cruelty is not for the sake of cruelty. Mori always weighs the benefits and losses, choosing the best decisions for the Port Mafia as a whole. As expected, these decisions leave a trail of blood in their wake, as well as hurt and traumatize countless others. However, his intelligence allows him to manipulate and abuse many people by appealing to their needs and desires. Emotional manipulation and violence have pushed Mori far in his motives at the cost of many lives, and by the time someone realizes they have been used, it is often too late to turn back.

Yukichi Fukuzawa

Mind, Fukuzawa is a tall adult man with a permanently stern expression on his face. He has silver hair and gray eyes. Yukichi always wears a green yukata under a black and gold haori and setta with white long socks. Fukuzawa is (as expected from the director of a detective agency) a very serious and insightful person, able to keep his cool even in the face of danger. He is also a good leader. But beyond that, he is also a very caring person. No one has ever seen him smile, but it is implied that he is sensitive to cute things. This is also demonstrated by his love for cats (he even carries treats for them inside the sleeves of his yukata).

Dazai Osamu

intelligence, Dazai is a young man with partly wavy, short, dark brown hair and narrow dark brown eyes. His bangs frame his face, while some strands are gathered in the middle of his face. He is fairly tall and slender. He wears bandages all over his body due to injuries he received in battle, as well as the result of Dazai's suicide attempts. He has a very cocky and cheerful character, but is self-sufficient, and periodically attempts suicide. Dazai is a very mysterious person, his true motives will never be revealed unless he reveals them himself. He constantly tries to commit suicide, which causes inconvenience to his colleagues. He really likes to joke with Kunikida Doppo, first telling him important words so that he writes them down in his notebook, and then, when he does what he was told, Osamu says that everything he said is a lie, as a result of which Kunikida dislikes Dazai and often gives him a good thrashing. Despite this, Dazai has shown an incredibly sharp mind, thanks to which he was able to quickly guess who Atsushi is, which immediately makes it clear that he is a real detective who does not miss a single clue. He remains completely calm in battles even when the situation takes unheard of turns.

I hear Nakahara

mind, Chuya is a young man of short stature, but despite his visual "thinness", his physique is quite muscular. He has large, gray-blue eyes, bright red hair parted on the right side, shoulder length, and a wide smile. The side-swept "bangs" visually cover mostly the right side of his face. He ties his hair back into a ponytail and combs it to the left side. At first glance, Chuuya appears to be a temperamental, rather arrogant, and sometimes rude person. He enjoys fighting and is happy to have the opportunity to demonstrate his fighting abilities, and is very proud of his reputation as the Port Mafia's strongest martial artist. His mocking remarks are matched by his pride, as he is not afraid to ridicule his opponents mid-fight. As befits a member of the Executive Committee, he does not hesitate to eliminate the Port Mafia's enemies by any means necessary, including murder. However, Chuuya's tactics are far from deadly and dangerous. As hot-tempered as he may seem at first glance, it is possible to reason with Chuuya. In fact, he is quite reasonable when no one provokes him. Although his skills signal an internal threat that is an integral part of his character, he is quite reliable. As ruthless as he may be, Chuuya rarely disregards human life and understands the importance of compromise and rationality. He refrains from using excessively cruel methods when necessary, and also has enough common sense to know when enough is enough and when it is time to stop. As reasonable as he may be, his top priority is the prosperity and well-being of the Port Mafia. For this reason, nothing or no one will stop Chuuya from fulfilling his duties as a leader, even at the cost of others' lives. Cruel in his loyalty, he finds betrayal itself unbearable, and therefore treats his subordinates with respect. To be fair, Nakahara has shown similar loyalty and devotion.

Ryunosuke Akutagawa

Akutagawa has a slender build and very pale skin. He often covers his face with his hand because he coughs. He has short, black hair. Two longer strands frame his face on the sides. Closer to the tips, they change from black to dirty white. His bangs are short and almost completely reveal his forehead. Akutagawa has deep-set, narrow eyes. He rarely smiles, which gives the impression of a perpetually gloomy person. Akutagawa holds a peculiar "survival of the fittest" worldview, claiming that weak people must die and make way for the stronger. He does not fear pain or defeat, just to hear the word from "a certain person". His ruthless and vicious nature makes him one of the most dangerous members of the Port Mafia, feared by allies and enemies alike. Much of the obedience from the Black Lizard subordinates stems largely from fear of his fiery temper and general intolerance of incompetence. The self-titled "Dog" of the Port Mafia, Akutagawa has shown a willingness to carry out brutal orders and instructions to achieve not only the Mafia's goals, but his own interests as well. Ruthless and blunt, Ryunosuke will kill anyone without question, including innocent civilians or children. He is hostile towards the weak, but dislikes senseless torture, preferring to kill outright whenever possible. As brutal as he can be, Akutagawa generally maintains a reserved and more detached approach. He is equally aloof towards his subordinates and superiors, keeping his distance from potential interactions whenever possible. However, his composure is quite fragile. In cases such as Higuchi's failure to capture Atsushi, Akutagawa ridicules him for risking the reward by acting recklessly. This fiery nature occasionally hinders him in his missions. Apparently, Akutagawa rarely or never lies, making him honest.

Atsushi Nakajima

Atsushi has silver hair, pale skin, and yellow eyes with a violet tint. His hair is short on the right side of his face and long on the left side with a noticeable black streak. He is of average height and has a thin build. In the beginning, he wore the clothes he had at the orphanage: a gray shirt and pants, and black pumps. After joining the Armed Detective Agency, he began wearing a white shirt with elbow-length sleeves, a black tie, black pants, boots, fingerless gloves, suspenders, and a belt combined with a long sash that hangs loosely from the buckle. When he partially transforms into a tiger, his eyes become like a tiger's eye and he gains tiger stripes. If he completely transforms, his limbs turn into those of a tiger and a tail appears. Due to the abuse he suffered at the orphanage, Atsushi has no self-confidence and even hates himself. He is fixated on the past and has made many bad decisions throughout the story due to his low self-esteem. The agency had a strong impact on Atsushi, breaking his previous life principles. He was shocked that there were people in the world who needed him. Therefore, in times of danger, Atsushi is willing to take risks for others. Due to the fact that he grew up in an environment of humiliation and punishment, he is always set up for failure. Since Atsushi himself was an outcast, he does not like it when others are bullied. However, Atsushi tries to overcome his fears and change his life. Through his work at the agency and constant clashes with Akutagawa, he realized that he must leave his past behind, as it has no meaning in his current life. What is quite remarkable is that, despite a terrible childhood and constant bullying, Atsushi was able to grow up to be a kind and sympathetic person for whom the lives and well-being of others are above all else.
